I'm elderly and sometimes not so patient :) but he was so patient with me explaining everything so that I understood it. He was very professional, but still human, and not a robot. We went through everything step-by-step and when I wanted something clarified he didn't hesitate and was very clear. I'm sure he's an asset to your company!
