Automatic subscription

If you buy their products as a one-time order, you will be tied to their subscription, which is not stated anywhere or something you are told about before their products appear, and there is no way to get out of it.

Delivery mess

Delivery didn't happen because Sensilab had poor contract with courier who controls who they deliver to and where, not the customer!
And their website, Yodel, is appalling and confusing and contradicts it's words

Great drink!

The Hepafar detox natural drink arrived very quickly, unfortunately it doesn’t last as long as I’d like so I should have brought & subscribed to more than just 2 bottles every couple of months.

Did exactly what it said it would snd I feel significantly better as result

SCAM - do not use


I would strongly advise against using this company.

A repeat subscription was set up on my account without my consent. I cancelled it, and my online account clearly showed that there was no active subscription or pending order. Despite this, the company reinstated the subscription without my permission and proceeded to process an order.

I contacted them before the order was processed to highlight that there was no active subscription. Nevertheless, the order still went ahead. It was then sent to an address I no longer reside at or have access to, which adds to the seriousness of the issue.

After raising this again, I was informed that the subscription had been cancelled (for a second time), however no confirmation email was issued. This means there is no formal proof of cancellation, which is concerning from a consumer protection perspective.

Having since reviewed other customer experiences, it appears that this is not an isolated incident and that others have encountered very similar issues.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

After receiving the product, They charged again for something I didn’t order or subscribed for, luckily I used pay pal and ask for refund. Be careful guys
