Shitty company

7.4. the ordered goods that have not yet arrived (it is 20.4.), a lame e-mail stating, almost a classic of e-shops, that part of the ordered goods is not in stock. What struck me, however, was the automatic and brazen saving of an email to their (newsletter) mailing list, even though I did not give my consent, i.e. did not subscribe. So, although I still don't have quite expensive goods with me, I already have 7 newsletters from their bot in my mailbox. Completely shitty company, I don't recommend it, next time I'd rather order from the American iHerb, they are so much faster.

I’ve ordered several supplements from…

I’ve ordered several supplements from this company. I feel the quality is good. The Vaginal antibiotics works amazingly well along with Libfar. I haven’t had any UTI’s since taking it. I’m going through the Menopause and I do feel less stressed and happier. The only downside is the shipping time but the product is good so it’s worth the wait.

Received the parcel on time

Received the parcel on time and it was well packaged and at a reasonable price, I also received a lovely thank you note along with it which was cute.. I would however say maybe a bit more communication is needed from them as I got dispatched email from them and so did have to contact them to ask, but they did answer very promptly

WARNING this company is cheating their…

WARNING this company is cheating their customers. I placed an order and I got doyble quantity and pay double amount. When i complained they said that:

We’ve looked into your order, and it appears that the "Double Up" option was selected during checkout, which automatically doubles the quantity of each item in your cart. We're very sorry if this wasn’t your intention, and we understand how frustrating that can be.

If you no longer wish to receive the extra items, you have two options:

Refuse the parcel upon delivery – If the package hasn’t been delivered yet, you can simply choose not to accept it. It will be returned to us automatically, and once received, we will process a refund for the returned items (please note that delivery fees are non-refundable).
Return the extra items after delivery – If you’ve already received or plan to accept the package, you're welcome to return any unopened and unused products to us. However, please note that we’re not able to cover the return shipping costs.

NOW I HAVE TO COVER RETURN COSTS FOR PRODUCTS I DID NOT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
