I placed an order on 1/3/26 I gave still not received this item customer service is appalling. I have sent countless follow ups and only received 1 reply to state the item is out of stock but no indication of when I am likely to receive.

Ordered a mini stepper on 12th February 2026. No delivery, no response to 3 emails - in fact the address is now non existent - and no response to contact form.
When you leave negative comments on the Social Media pages they get deleted.
Cannot believe I fell for this. Very angry.

Only giving it one star as you can't give it zero!
DO NOT use. I've fallen for a scam. Yes, I'm an idiot. Hopefully, this will help others to avoid my mistake!
Everything looks genuine, but lo and behold, over a month later, nothing has been dispatched and no contact from anyone at customer services.
