I had a slight issue with my order, the way Robert has resolved my issues within this order is amazing. The excellent service provided from themselves & customer care is why I would purchase again.
The kindness to respond so quickly & offer me a replacement proves why Sensum Scents is a unique company.
Each scent that I've smelt so far what I ordered is just one word Wow.
Yet there are so many more that I need to order, from just a sniff from the boxes which are beautifully made, I was intrigued thinking what are the other scents like, I need to know.
I appreciate your kindness and I am thankful Robert you are a true helpful gentleman.

Glad I bought them at reduced price as I would have been extremely disappointed if paying full price. Placed in a small bathroom, would expect to smell when walking in but no smell unless I actually put my nose over it.

When I placed my original order
When I placed my original order, it was never received however this was down to the delivery company and NOT Sensum. When it was sent out again, I arranged to collect from a pick up point and everything went smoothly. Great product and yes I will reorder.

No scent
The signature scent refill I got in my order doesn't smell of anything. Wasn't like the one I bought before, so I'm disappointed and will probably not buy again. Shame 😭

3 attempts at delivery first went missing second arrived smashed 3rd finally arrived nearly a month later customer services was ok to start then just never answered 🙈🙈 won’t be ordering again
