I finally received my bag and wallet…
I finally received my bag and wallet after almost 6 weeks. This was ordered on Nov 21st and just received today so of course no present for my daughter on Christmas Day. Do not expect this item to be sent quickly since it is coming out of China. It is not a US company which I think people think. They have an office in New York but the product comes out of China. The bag itself is very nice but I am not impressed with the service. They did communicate as I continued to complain but that still did not alleviate the fact that this was a Christmas present.

Very disapointed
Well, it started with the shipping process that took a very long time. I was receiving the email saying that the bag takes a while to assemble and then a ship out and I actually only received one so far. The bag itself is not great quality. I thought the pictures on the front raised and it's just printed it's cheap definitely not worth $100. It smells like cheap plastic and the shipping method folded the bottom of the bag that left a huge crease. I feel scammed.

Bag arrived exactly as pictured! I ordered this as a Christmas present for my mom and she absolutely loved it. The customization is great. The only thing is I was nervous because I had not received any updates as to when it would arrive and had not received a response when I reached out so minus one star for that. As for the actual product 5 stars!

Do not buy from these guys
Purchased 2 bags for Christmas gifts mid November and never received tracking info. Says they shipped -11/27. Still haven’t received and it’s 12/26. Requested tracking info but didn’t get that either. Then on top of that somehow they added a 3rd smaller bag to my order. Thought I’d give that away as a grab bag gift but still waiting on that as well. Should have read reviews before and known not to order. If I’d known they were in China I would not have ordered. Their customer service is non existent and my only recourse was to dispute the credit card charges since I never received the merchandise. Used the Shop app for the purchase and don’t have any way to complain with them either. Just sucks all around.

Having trouble with an order being late..
Early on in the month, I have purchased one of their bags online, and I have yet to receive a confirmation email of my order that I placed on 12/07/24. I emailed the company last week, urgently expecting a response since this is a Christmas gift for a friend of mine. Late Christmas Presents
I ordered my mother's Christmas present with First Class shipping in early December. I received a shipping confirmation email on December 17th, however - when you look up the tracking information it shows my order is still in China waiting for picking. Now the SentenArts website shows my order as fulfilled, tracking information shows still in China and when you attempt to call the Customer Service number - its a busy tone. I did reach out via email as well and have yet to get a response. I absolutely should have known better and to look into this company more, but my mom was SO excited about this purse I didn't think twice and now she won't have a Christmas present on time. There is zero chance I will ever order from them again, I am just hoping to get the order at all at this point.

So Disappointed
I ordered 4 purses and 1 tote bag on Nov. 14. It took until Dec. 14 to get ONE bag and it wasn't even correct: I'd ordered this particular style in a purse and got a tote. 3 days later, I got bag number 2. It was also supposed to be a purse, but came as a tote.
I'm not holding out much hope for bags 3, 4 or 5.
These were intended as gifts for my sisters and I'm too embarrassed to send them. The quality is nothing like I was expecting.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND--not real leather, multiple business names. I purchased BOGO for Christmas on Nov. 5, 2024. Two purses with monogramming. Allegedly real authentic leather $250+. The first bag came in within 3 weeks. It looks nothing like the photographs--very misleading. I ordered the Poe bag and Conan Doyle bag. They look 3D in the photos and on social media. They are not. They are screen-printed and the 'real' leather does not appear to be leather (I used to work in leather goods). Anyway, my Poe bag seemed stuck...in China. I emailed the company (no phone number) and they said it was in Chicago. They never gave me a US tracking number, so I could not see where my purse was once it got to the US. I emailed twice more after being reassured it was on its way--and today I excitedly opened the bag to reveal someone else's purse (Sarah, if you are out there, I have your purse). Not only is it NOT my bag that was "handmade" it was faux-leather, with the brand "Holistic" on the side. It had a Bible verse on it. NOT MY BAG. Not the same company. NOT ONLY IS THIS COMPANY MULTIPLE COMPANIES--THE BAG THAT IS $100 in faux leather on Sentenarts is $30 on Holistic. I was bamboozled. I was taken in by their advertising and probably fake positive reviews. I'm out $250.00 and a missing purse. And poor Sarah is probably wondering where her Christmas present is.
