I'm renting one of the smallest unserviced units available. The staff at the facility are super pleasant and helpful, however I have one complaint, the ever increasing cost. In three years my rate has increased from 65 to 78 dollars. For what???my unit is unpowered-so no hydro increases. The staff have nor gotten a raise..I'm very dissapointed and feel unfairly taken advantage of. I chose sentinal for proximity and price. I don't visit often and the price has increased over 30%. These facts coupled with the decreased price incentives for new renters leaves me unsatisfied. I'm am afraid I will be looking for new rental and will be unable to recommend your service, ALL due to greedy unfair price increases. Thank you

Prices were randomly increased in the winter. When asked a front store clerk for the reasoning as I prepaid months in advance was told to call head office and ask why. The following month decided to go elsewhere where I found a bigger storage unit for $25 less per month and better customer service.

This storage service is reliable and provides easy access to remove or add items to our collection. There is convenient parking nearby and regular office hours to ask for assistance. Push trolleys are always available for moing heavy items. This is a great service for the modern inter-generational family wanting to keep "stuff" for the younger generation until they are old enough to use some of these items.

Since new management, staff hours on site getting less and some previous customer services no longer exist, but rent keep increasing. For long term customer, it use to have discount for annual payment, now no discount offer. Staff don't even know how to explain to customer, just said management decision nothing they can do. Poor PR

I love the building and the space and the people in the office. My biggest challenge is that the billings are every 4 weeks and not every month. The world revolves around monthly payments and i find this very distracting and takes more of my time than necessary to remember when 4 weeks is instead of monthly. It makes me think that this is getting to be a cash grab and that makes disappoints me.

The new management hiked the rental cost twice last year, very annoying!
There is no more discount for long term clients to pay a lump sum for the whole year,
Parking space is insufficient, clients have to avoid the busy hours!
