Far better than any other distribution I've used or investigated

One of the key differences between distributors is how they receive, process and feed back your music to you. Sepulchral Silence does this the smartest in my opinion. Although SS provides you with documentation on how to get things done, for some it will point itself out. Your catalog is saved, starting at the track level. From there, you can compile various EPs and albums. At the track level, you can see, among other things, under which releases you released the track.
The disparate data about your releases, where they should (not) be taken and the music itself is collected via an efficiently working form. Including new or existing UPC, ISRC, individual DSPs and countries. Fortunately, you can change and save the completed data without problems in the meantime. Unfortunately not a matter of course in the world of music distributors.
After this, you have an excellent informative online record of when you distributed what to whom at what cost (some distributors do not show to whom). All that data is checked for imperfections, usually within 2-8 days. This does not involve looking for nails in low water, unfortunately not a matter of course either.

Customer service responds quickly and helpfully when needed. By the way, you are less likely to need it often because the automation is superior. Example: after a release, I came to the conclusion, that I wanted to take it to another DSP as well. That goes with a few mouse clicks. With some distributors you cannot even see to which DSP you have released something. And if you can, you will usually have to go through customer service to request that a particular UPC also be brought to a particular DSP.

At the moment I am sorry I also observed a minor issue: missing details in the reports and export options. First of all: SS has several attractive reports that, as far as I can see, are accurate. But details about the amount per play per DSP per date and country would be helpful. (Even Distrokid - "poor" reports according to aristake.com - presents those data and has export options in CSV.) An indie can use that data to help determine where to send which music. With Jotforms, it doesn't seem difficult to implement that.

My song is now everywhere which is great. Clearly with your team everything is possible and I look for ward to us working together alot more in the future.

All in all, a good experience. The only incomprehensible problem is that they don't accept some of the songs I recently composed with field recordings I recorded myself, because in theory I would have copied from someone... impossible, since I don't even know who those artists are.

Very disappointing experience. Their royalty system is non-transparent and overly restrictive. We requested a PayPal withdrawal, marked “successful” in their system, but we never received a single cent. Our emails were ignored, and they unjustly withheld royalties under the excuse of “non-organic streams,” which we never engaged in. Unprofessional and harmful — I strongly do not recommend Sepulchral Silence.

Update:
If that is truly the case, then you should have taken down the release from the very beginning, rather than keeping it active and continuing to collect royalties. By withholding the majority of the royalties under the pretext of a strike you imposed, while leaving us with only a negligible percentage, you have acted in a way that is neither fair nor professional.
