Stay away from this company, they fraudulent and it’s a scam. First they start with you well, then later they will defraud you. They will locked you out of your account, and accuse you of not owning your music. Meanwhile same music will be on their platform, while they keep getting royalties of your music. In some cases they will take a huge part of your royalties and send you peanut.

I manage lots of independent Artists, and I registered over 80 percent of them on this fraudulent company thinking it’s a good one. But along the line all my artists start complaining and sharing their experiences with me. And I did my check and realized there’s nothing genuine about them.

Dear sepulcheral I see you guys are filled with lies. This wasn’t the case. Yes I did a cover which I wanted to distribute, and you rejected it, it was a cover of so beautiful by Musiq Soulchild. You rejected it and I left it. What I’m talking about here is how does that requires you that after a long time, you decided to locked me out of my account and hold an entire album with over 10 tracks. So what’s the problem? What useless policies requires you to seize an artist digital assets. On what ground? I wish I could paste link to the album here, is still in stores.
The song you posted here has nothing to do with this, that song was never distributed. This were two separate issues here.
Why is my album on your platform?
What’s the issue you have with my album?
Why would you locked me out of my account and retain my digital assets? Who gets the royalties from it?
Do you know how many more artists that I have brought to your company that is suffering this same treatment from you? Tell me what this is if it’s not fraud. You guys are actually the one defrauding the artists here. Check Trustpilot and see other people reviews complaining of similar issues. I wished there is a way I can get all together a handful of my artists who registered on your platform and let them share their experiences. Some you take their royalties. That is stealing. I am asking you to remove my digital assets from your platform, it is not your property. We will take this issue to court, and an external auditor will have to audit what you do with my contents.

What a fast and amazing distribution.I love the service because sepulchral silent just distributed my music for the first time in my life🔥.

this platform is a scam, i was releasing for over a year, my royalties were getting hammered by fees and therefore my royalties didn't even exceed 20$ for a year even though the number says otherwise, anyway when i reached the threashhold which is 30$ they completly banned me from the platform and kept my releases and will not respond to my request of takedown, i'm currently working on reporting them to the spanish authorities on fraud and copyright fraud, please pick any other platform to release your art, this one is not it, and they do not even release it themselves they just use a third-party to do so.

Company lied about what they promised,

Flagged my account falsely, I appealed they reopened THEN they said I would only get 15% of my profits which is not what I paid for, I decided to make a compliant about a refund no response was given and a refund has not been issued, I do not recommend.

As seen below, sepulchral replied... dryly... kind of like with all of the other replies on these as well.
I suppose I should just go ahead and give an honest review and be the bigger person. They won't actually talk to me about what I ACTUALLY did and that is their fault. But they won't take the time to talk to someone that violated an important policy one on one and instead wants to make them pay double (I did not have 17 upcs released by sepulchral and they would have charged me DOUBLE) what it should be.
My review will stay the same, but I will actually talk about the service. The service is actually not bad for what it is until you actually have to work with the customer service. It is a free music distributor and it does exactly that. It did well. The AI Copyright spotter is AWFUL though and, along with all the other customer service problems I have, they won't allow me to appeal those either.
I will go up from my 2* to a 3* just because the service is good. If you ever have a problem, though, good luck.

I was invited to the platform in 2021 and after all this time I can confirm that SS is not a distributor, but a real ally; the platform allows a truly autonomous management of its catalogue, integrating the delivery, takedown and update functions.

They provide codes, but you can also enter your own and this is great as well as fair.

They are not open to everyone, but only by invitation and initially I had doubts for this reason then I realised that it is to select carefully and prevent anyone from using the platform for the wrong purposes.

They use Sonosuite as a bridge with the DSPs, giving you the possibility to use their platform in exchange for a small cut on royalties, but recently there is also the possibility of choosing an annual plan to get 100%.
The distribution is exclusive and you have to be very careful about this if you are not practical in the world of digital distribution, so it is not recommended to use other portals as you are giving an exclusive mandate, but at the same time I do not see the reason for changing such a convenient and unique distributor.

The control over the music is total, being able to indicate all the metadata in the most technical and direct way possible.
Sometimes some small bugs happen, which is normal in the digital world, and although I haven't asked for help from support for a long time, all the times it has been done in the past I have always received a prompt response with the instructions related to the request. It seems to be a company made up of people in the flesh and blood who have a real passion for the music sector.

It has been seen an implementation of rigidity over time with the updating of some rules but it is evident that it happens to be consistent and in line with the regulations, so it is a point in favour.
If you are a label, a band or an artist with multiple projects, Sepulchral is the perfect companion.
