SCAM! I bought a ring from what I thought was a family business in Cardiff. When it eventually arrived, it was cheap metal and it had come from China. I tried disputing with them and they offered a refund if I returned the ring to China - at my cost which would be more then the ring so I refused and put in a dispute with my bank, who have upheld my complaint and I am due to be refunded. I see their website no longer exists which is a good thing.

SCAM! Items come from China in plastic bags. Reviews are false on the website and all replies to emails/complaints are created with AI.
If you have purchased with a credit card, dispute it

Waste of time, energy, I’ve been trying to get my money back since 31/01/26, returned the parcel and now it’s stuck in customs. Please don’t waste you money.

I would give a zero if I could . I believed it was a Cardiff small business, SCAM absolute rubbish sent getting a refis impossible

Ditto previous reviews. I was duped, thinking items were made in Cardiff and I was supporting a local small business. Ordered 3 pairs of earrings. Realised from the length of delivery time and packaging that they are from China. Two pairs unwearable, third one ok, but quality not as expected. Don't waste your money.

Cheap Chinese tat - don’t waste your money. Adverts say a boutique in Cardiff is closing down and prices are 80% off for clearance. What you get is NOT gold or silver but cheap gold or silver coloured metal. Tracking is from China. Poor quality and barely looks like the pictures. Stay well away!!

misleading advertising. goods come from china - poor quality and not as described in advert - products are NOT produced by an independent, sole trader as advertised, or from a woman who has recently suffered a bereavement and needing to close. her much loved shop - requesting a refund has been slow and I wonder how long the process may take - not holding my breath]

This is a fake website that is not Cardiff based but the orders actually come from China.
The spinner ring I ordered was not as pictured and in fact does not spin at all.
I am trying to send it back and get a refund. However there is a £10 charge to return plus the postage costs!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
