Exceptional service

My insurance rep (I BELIEVE his name is Paul) was exceptional. Very good guy, very knowledgeable, and just all around took great care of me adding a boat policy to my existing Progressive auto policy. I had struck out trying to insure the boat after my incident two years ago.... and gave up trying back then. It was very easy to explain the situation to Paul and get much better than expected results. THANK YOU!

Rude and unprofessional

Called to insure a bike and ive been calling multiple agencies multiple times cause I didnt know which bike I'd get. I finally bought one over the weekend snd called to insure it and the guy that answered was rude and condescending. I called him out on it and he said hey man you're kinda rude but good luck and hangs up. Ill be going with someone else for insurance and I dont recommend talking to these guys too many times or they'll get short with you.
