I started buying dedicated servers because of bad hosting companies, then i found them. their panel is impeccable, sleek, and easy to use. their support is both Kind and helpful. and they over all supply a really good expirience. unlike most other hosting companies this one doesn't jip you 30$ for something that costs 10$ to put up, thier prices are good!

I have been with a few hosters in my time of running Gmod server's after my old host shut down, my friend recommended me to serenity where I saw great prices and the reviews don't lie. They have amazing support, I had a major issue with my server so I made a ticket and was answered within 2 mins. With any other host, I would have been waiting for hours for a fix. I highly suggest them and I plan to use them for a very long time.

I have used serenityservers for rust legacy, webhosting (twice) and i can not say a bad word about the host. performance is excellent, staff replies to support tickets fast and help you all the way until your problem is solved/question is answered. satisfied i am, with good reason. i recommend this host to everyone! they got good quality server at low cost, and a good variety of services.

The servers SerenityServers run work all the time for me. If its not working it is always some addon that i messed up but i can code it back and fix it easily :D. But the servers they give are great and always are great, Doesnt have the best ping but it doesnt matter because nothing lags anyway :). All together these servers are amazing i will never use any other provider

I Have Had A Garry's Mod Server With The Company For A Month1/2 Now And Well Its Not What I Expected...
It Has Been One Of The Best Services I Have EVER Encountered On The Internet Not Just Server Wise.
The Staff Are Very Quick Responding And Respond With The Best Answer Possible.
I Think I Will Be With The Company Until The End (When I Die)
They Are A Very Fast And Reliant Host And You Don't Always Have To Make A Ticket As There Forums Are Very Helpful And Are Very Descriptive.
Its A Cheap Service For What It Is And I Feel As If The Staff Are Very Close To There Customers(Because They Are).

This is by far, the best host i have ever been with in my entire time of running servers! They have the best support you could possibly ask for and the servers are at a fair cost too!

Let me go over a few different things for Serenity Servers;

Server setup -
As soon as you order your server it will be instantly be setup and your ready to go with a high quality gameserver which you can customise how you want when you want with the great control panel and FTP access.

Server Quality -

I have never had any major issues with the server bar one which was my fault, as soon as I had this fault I contacted Mikkel via the support tickets and within two minutes he replied and fixed it all up for me.

Customer Support -

You can basically find everything on the forums, premade darkrp jobs etc. The customer support is almost instant, if you don't believe me I can send you screenshots of my tickets. Furthermore the only time I had to wait longer was about twenty minutes and that's because Mikkel was buying a new computer chair :) but other than that the support is outstanding.

My Overall experience -

I'd definitely use these guys again, and plant to keep paying for my server as it's extremely fun. I'd recommend them to anyone else that needs to use them as they are, so far from my experience, the best server hosts I have ever used and I have used alot.

I am a newbie to programming. The one language I am good at is HTML, but that's besides the point. I came into the world of Lua and all it's wonders with no knowledge what so ever. I only knew basic methods and constructors. I bought the server hoping that I could learn something new about how to run a server and how I could become a good owner. Keep in mind that I had no knowledge of how to program or do anything of that matter. I bought my server, then began exploring. I took a look at all the functions given to me. I knew it was a risk seeing I no prior knowledge. I went into the files and took notice that their are examples and links riddled everywhere. Using there help already given I built a server in a week, tops! It was great I had learned the fundamentals of Lua in such short time. I hadn't mastered it, but I had full knowledge how to use it.
I began to take notice how to set up FastDL and all workshop items within the next day. Their was a time when I came up to my final problem. It was so simple, I just missed all the signs. I was trying to change my Server Name to something more enticing. I also took notice that a ticket system was set up due to the fact that they don't watch their emails 24/7. Believe me, I can't keep track of my own email. So I sent them in a ticket. This ticket was short and sweet. I wanted it to be easy for them to understand what I was trying to say. I got a reply a day later. It was magnificent! I managed to fix it in no time. I am now called Sol Nation. Serenity is fantastic overall. I got to build my server and learn a new language for programming. I got help all around. The amount of time it took for me to get my server created was astounding. I was always told I should try out NFO or other server hosts instead, but I decided this one because I also heard that NFO servers were harder to manage. (I only heard.) I wasn't taking my chances with it. I am glad I took Serenity Servers as my final choice. It was worth my time!

In short:
-Learned how to create a server even though I had no previous knowledge.
-Learned a new programming language.

Serenity servers are just amazing. No other way to put it! Their customer services helped within a matter of a Hour or so when I needed help with a server. They helped a lot :D They provide Awsome tutorials for people (Like I was :D) who had never made a server before. I made a Garry's mod server, and knew what I was half decent, but I go to the help section and it's super easy, reliable, and overall gets the job done. There hasn't really been any downsides that I've noticed, and the staff are super friendly and will help. The home panel and payments are so simplified and modern, it's just unbelievably easy to create a half decent server! I'd rather them give 6.5/5 personally. For a moment I was looking hosts for Gmod server and I basicly wanted it to be in Europe. Serenity has low price and server compared to that is just something else. Server is lagfree, We haven't got issues with joining at all. During play we doesn't need to scare of crash so Serenity provides Stable server which in my opinion is one of top priorities when looking for a server.

If you have issues and you contact support they answer with simple How to fix or how to do so I'd give 10/10 for support too.

I set up our server running in 5 minutes which is incredible fast from the moment you pay. That really suprised me and I am very happy that I chose Serenity as my server Home.

- No lagg
I had no knowledge of gmod service but wanted to make one with friends, It turned out great we got almost 20 people any time online and its without lagg or crashes (we had 35 people on it did not lagg or anything).

- Great support
When you need to know anything (doesnt matter about what) the host will help you and give you the best answer possible. Most of the time (13 of the 18 tickets I made) they respond within 5-10minutes and never waited longer then 30 minutes.

You get a amazing website which they help you with and you can ask them anything on how to make it.
