I have tried many services throughout my gmod server owner career,but this one tops all of them,the customer support ticket feature is sure to help you in less than 30 minutes and the live support which is online most of the time helps you in any way you may need.I would seriously recommend anyone and everyone to use their service.

With the many companies I've had my servers on, serenityservers has easily the best customer service. Replies to tickets are very fast and helpful, messages clear and put out in a friendly manner. What comes to the server hosting, I have not experienced ANY trouble during these several months I have been a customer at serenityservers. I definitely recommend this company to everyone :)

With their 5 Start quality professionals here to help you. You can get care within 45 minutes or so. I am a current user of these and don't regret joining them. Upon purchase they include a teamspeak server available to buy and also a FREE Web Host. For your needs!
They are exceptionally trained. And wish the best for them! 5 Starts shouldn't prove how well they are 10 Should! If there was an option that is. Thank you and please do join them!

To be honest i would rate serenity servers a 9/10, they are really helpful, i get responses from them when i need help in less then 5 minutes and they are very helpful. They provide a great service for Garry's mod which is what I am hosting with them (a server). They provide lots of easy one-click addons which is very helpful and they have lots of helpful tutorials on their website. With prices that everyone could afford I don't see why you wouldn't want to get a server from them.

In my honest opinion other than a few minor issues I have experienced with this host my experience with SerenityServers has been great.

My server has been performing well and the support for customers is brilliant.

There are some issues that may need to be addressed, but other than that this host gets a thumbs up from me.

I think the hosting has been absolutely great! No problems at all, when i did i asked the staff and they instantly replied with a positive answer! Well done to the staff and the company :-D

This is one reliable hosting company. I went through Xenon hosts prior, and it was awful. Never responded to tickets or helped on their forums. The amount of help from the staff from Serenity was outstanding. 10/10 I will not leave these guys.

Absolutely incredible, it was the best support I have ever received and the service was amazing. I didn't like where my server was located because the ping was too high, the offered to move it for free and did so quickly!

I've looked so long for a good host,now I've found it.It features 24/7 support.Even a total "newbie" to coding can set up a quality server using the Serenity host also the support :)

I have hosted a gmod server on serenity for 2-3 months.

The custom support is amazing, i opened a support ticket and in the matter of minutes it was answered.

The quality of the servers were OUTSTANDING. The server didn't lag, crash or experience any issues.

I also setup a website with them aswell which worked perfectly.

I hope to use serenity servers again and i encourage everyone else to aswell since they are amazing.

You don't find other hosts like serenity servers. I ordered my minecraft server a few days ago and it has been working flawlessly with no lag. The prices are affordable I would recommend serenity servers to anyone who wants quality service for a low price.

My experience with their support team has been phenomenal. They have a quick response time, depending on the time you submit a ticket, and they have a great team. I would recommend Serenity Servers to anyone looking to launch a gaming server!

I have to say, not just the servers they offer is great but also the support! They answer me like two minutes after i posted a ticket, good job!

A fue months have passed since I ordered a 32 slot Garry's Mod server! Serenity Servers have amazing in the name! The admin panel is greatly customized to other hosters and I get around 5-10 ping when on my server!

I recommend 5/5 stars! Best Hoster Out There!
