Ordered the oh so popular drill. Tracked it all the way up until the day it was supposed to be delivered then POOF!!! NOTHING! No product and the tracking number does not exist anymore and no response to my emails. I cannot believe I fell for this fraud!

Purchased magnetic bracelet. Advertisement is amazing, very convincing.Even gives discount for mutiple buy so you thought you are saving a lot. When I received the item it is very poor quality. As light as plastic that it seems like a toy. Plating looks so fake and tested the magnet and would not stick on my fridge. My husband got a magnetic necklace from other supplier and I can compare how cheap mine looks. They said I could get refund but reading the review I don't think I'll be able to. Don't want to spend more for the postage and thinking of the stress it will give me chasing it up.Learned my lesson read reviews before buying.

I purchased a mini electric drill first time used it broke . Contacted customer service told to return to an address in France returned in May 2022 having heard nothing contacted them again with my original refund request told on receipt sent my proof of postage just keep getting the same response going round in circles still no refund today received a replacement no refund , As this cost £5 85 to send in first place not going to pay yet again to return it to who..? Dreadful customer service rubbish product left out of pocket with a Replacement not requested No refund as requested.would never buy from them again

The videos look good on the social media. It shows that the product is amazing. In reality, it's not like that. While using this product the side plastic frames and springs come off. When the side plastic comes off it not steady and unable to use. The worst part is, when I contacted Sergio they asked me more details. When I sent more details they asked photos. It's fair enough. When I sent photos they asked me videos. Worst customer service.

Do not order from this company. Customer service is rubbish. Contacted 5 times and they keep asking same questions over and over. Item supplied not as seen no packaging or instructions. Given up in frustration.

Received an order today. Very satisfied. Delivered quickly, at exactly the specified time, very respectful attitude towards buyers. Thank you.

There are many good products in the store. And the prices are normal. Bought more than once, satisfied.

Cute store, there is some interesting stuff!! Especially i found interest goods for children. Maybe i will buy here something more, but prices is too high for me ;(

the side fell off on 1st use and instead of getting 100% refund (like was advertised i only received 75% refund) + avoid

This is getting ridiculous now, you have one more week to sort this out, before I contact my bank to have funds returned, flight cancelled 4 times now, yet a parcel I ordered from another company coming from the same airport has left China, if I do EVER receive this parcel I won't be ordering again from you.

The item has not arrived - it is totally unusual to take so long, we have regular next day deliveries from many suppliers

The items purchased have arrived in UK then to Colorado then to Heathrow now back to America, totally baffled why🤔🤔🤔🤔😞😞
