FIRST … AND LAST TIME

On their websales site, prices were quoted in GBP so I made the (wrong) assumption that I was dealing within the UK. It turned out that their Distribution Centre is in USA.
Their Terms indicate that they do not do exchanges. You can return an item for credit but then have to re-order.
I ordered a T-shirt costing £71 and a matching pair of shorts. I got the T-shirt size wrong (far too large) because their size chart is unhelpful. Fine if you have a perfectly shaped body but if you have a largish belly for example, it was useless.
The shorts fitted fine (luck) but I had to return the T-shirt. A credit came for £43.90. £20 deducted for return carriage cost (No choice how; you HAVE to use their chosen carrier). £7.10 re-stocking fee.
My daughter re-ordered for me what turned out to be the correct size … but incurred a £20 carriage charge (as this time, the total order was under £100 for free delivery).
So, in order to “effect a size exchange”, the cost was £20 + £7.10 + £20 = £47.10 … for a £71 shirt!
BE WARNED!!! I won’t be buying from them again.

BUY FILA

Fraudsters. Items don’t turn up. Free postage is not free postage. Items held by FEDEX for unpaid postage or shipping costs.No communication back from customer care and no telephone number available. Take time to read all the negative reviews ….think there is only one positive review!!!!-says something!!!

Don’t waste your time and money , buy from Fila who value their customers.

If you are stupid enough to still buy then pay with a credit card for added buyer protection.

I ordered a jacket and pair of pants

I ordered a jacket and pair of pants. It shipped fairly quickly and i received an alert it was delivered but when i arrived home it was not there. In my address line i specifically write in the apt/fl area leave down basement stairs please. So i check the surrounding area nothing then i go to the UPS tracking and the delivery proof picture is the drivers leg and foot blurry and a ground but not from my property i immediately contact seller because it says if you have any issues contact and i attach the picture they respond a few days later basically saying it was delivered and isnt their problem i put in a claim with UPS and 2 weeks later get an email that it was delivered and it was closed now im out a suit and over $200 do not purchase from here if they arent going to help a customer

This brand is a joke or they just don’t…

This brand is a joke or they just don’t care about American market and American customers.
I purchased a track suit recently and the quality was terrible, it’s literally a towel shaped into a clothing. I got a better quality t shirt in a local dollar shop than this SERGIO TACCHINI “luxury” sports suit…
Also their customer service is terrible, they retain a handling fee, so u has to contact them because I wanted my refund in full but they replied in a very strict manner denying my inquiry…
You better get a premium Adidas or Nike track suit than this cheap made clothing…

This is a raggedy ass company

Item was stolen and attempted to get a replacement. Customer Service Department took about 72hrs to respond. No help, nor anything to bring a customer back. Just told me there's nothing "we" can do. This is beyond raggedy for a company to be earning their type of yearly profits.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering.
I returned an item in December 2023
I have tracking confirmation it has been received January 2024.
I have not received my refund.
I have emailed in numerous occasions.
No body has acknowledged or replied to any of my messages.
Very very poor customer service and communications.

Scammers

The order was made 2 months ago. The order has not yet been shipped.
I wrote them more than 10 messages - no response. I wrote on Instagram and they blocked me.
No order and no money.
Terrible company.
Maybe someone can tell me how to find a consumer protection office where I can go next for a refund.

Do not use this terrible company who will take your money and not send what you ordered

Ordered a women's 'skort' and was sent men's swimming shorts. Numerous messages sent immediately and in the ensuing weeks/months. with photos of the wrong item, and no response. Also some really weird phone call from a customs officer before the parcel ever arrived asking me my details and what I'd ordered, since the invoice and order value didn't match up or something like that. All in all, as many others have said - avoid this company who seem to be regularly breaking all kinds of consumer regulations.

Literally been scammed

I've been buying stuff made by Tacchini for years, but only once or twice from their place itself. Ive probably spent well over 2k euros.

The first order they didnt send the pants I ordered. While I was expecting this to be fixed I ordeded some velour from their new collection.

Still not recieved either and I am being ignored everywhere I try to contact them.

I am going to ritualisticly burn all my Tacchini gear. Never going to wear any of their clothes again.

SCAM: Prices change when put in the cart.

Will not answer to emails/chats, beware they will scam you. Prices of items change when put in the cart. Stay away. The company is not the italian brand we used to know, some sh*tt* american company transfered it to the US.

Black Friday Scam

I wanted to buy a knit sweater that I saw for 175€.
When I checked for Black Friday i saw on the menu of men clothing it was on sale from 175€ to 105€, but when you click on the item and goes to the description page, the price was 240€ (145€ with the sale).

I have screenshots of everything (both prices). I then contacted them about this error so they could give me a solution and let me buy the sweater for the correct price advertised, but after several emails (including all the screenshots of their website), their only response was:
“those prices are including the duties that will be charged. We are now collecting the duties so that customers do not have to pay them to the carrier on delivery.”

What kind of duties increase the price 65€? I also checked other items but this “change of price” doesn’t happen, so no duties in this case?

They are real thieves and scammers. Their customer service is useless as after several emails detailing everything with up to 8 screenshots about the error, they just replied the same twice regarding the “duties”.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Purchased a pair of tennis shorts from them and after one wash, their ST logo fell right off. When I wrote to ST customer service, they acknowledged my email but FAILED to take any action after that. Turns me off the brand completely. It's my 2nd horrible experience with their customer service. The first was when I made the original purchase. After completing my order online, they shipped me all but one item that I had paid for. When I notified ST that they had shorted me one item. They failed to respond. Then one day, about a month later, they just refunded me the money. I will not buy from them again.

Be forewarned about their return portal

The site will denied receiving the items returned. Their help desk is the worse in the apparel industry. No one ever replies back. I had to open a claim ( which they denied) to get my refund back after they received the items back and claimed they delivered. Very sad to see the site continue to try to steal from their customers. Look at what everyone is saying for the non believers

Illegitimate website of Sergio Tacchini Australia

I don’t think sergiotacchini-australia.com is a legitimate Sergio Tacchini seller. I’ve ordered a number of shirts, a jacket and a pair of shoes on 10th September 2023. When I paid, my payment went thru securityseyes.com HongKong. Then after a few days, I received an email from orders at goodserviceforcustomer.com without any name of a person responding saying that if I have an issue with my order, I should reply to this email. Then again after a few more days I was provided with a tracking number from https://m.17track.net (in Chinese writing) on 20th September but nil information when checked at that time. I emailed them and asked what is happening with my item tracking. They replied,

“Sorry we have no idea about the exact delivered time,because the date of arrival depends on express company.

Your order has been handed over to the shipping company,but the number of orders is too many and the number of daily shipments is limited,causing your parcel was backlogged in the warehouse of the shipping company.

Your package was attached the label and there is a tracking number,but it is actually waiting to be sent out from the warehouse of the shipping company,so the tracking number can't be found temporarily.

We can't control the delays caused by shipping company,but we will push your order forward”

I have waited and was able to get tracking updates after a couple of days. After 9 days I received a parcel today 29th September containing 1 item - a fake Louis Vuitton scarf with exactly the same tracking number addressed to myself. I am so disappointed and very worried that they may also use my personal information for other purposes. This transaction is currently in the dispute process without any guarantee. Hoping to at least get my money back.

What a bad customer service... I've ordered two items and received one of them.
I've mailed a couple of times about it (including orderid, etc.) and didn't get any replies. How is it possible for a company like this?
