I’ve been scared of dentist my whole life and that’s changed now I’ve never felt more comfy and relaxed to fall asleep in the chair while they are working on my teeth I am returning in a few weeks with my friend to get hers done couldn’t recommended them enough

The best dental company you could wish for, from the second I entered the clinic I was greeted and looked after until the last second when I left. They listened to what I wanted and made every effort to achieve the desired look. Every staff member is very kind and friendly. The technology they work with is the best in the business. The knowledge of the dentists are just amazing. Their professionalism is incredible. Also got a perfect holiday included in the price

Don’t even think about contacting them for treatment, you will lose your teeth, nerves and money!!! the quality of their crowns and veneers is simply terrible, the doctor is a real amateur in his field, Serinsey is not about treatment, it’s about how to take your money. The Instagram of this clinic is fake, as are most of the reviews here. Before contacting them, I advise you to find a real person who was treated by them (I’m not talking about people who were treated by them through barter). The best thing you can do is never contact them for services.

When after 20 years you decide to do something, somewhere, not knowing what's coming, not knowing how's going to end not knowing if you're going to be happy with the result, when you let yourself go into something where most people wouldn't dare or wouldn't be able to afford, but you accept the challenge and leave to another part of the world looking for your very own happiness, as everytime in the past... Alone, with my suitcase and the ticket in my hand, with a big fear but bigger hope and a wish that in the end everything is going to be alright. And then, at your arrival you're welcomed by wonderful, nice, warm people, full of positive energy that gives you power and you won't give up, even though you wanted to.. million times because of the pain that you're feeling.. you just want to pick up your stuff and leave. Everything I have to say is one big, huge THANK YOU to a @sirensey clinic, big thanks to the whole team of doctors and nurses that were with me any time of the day or night, thank you for holding my hand when I was in pain, thank you for your professionalism that each day you were showing, thank you for wonderful 7 days where I didn't feel as a stranger in your country and big thank you for everything you did for me, and making my wishes come true. Specially THANK YOU for these wonderful teeth and for every future smile, because I'm sure now I will definitely smile more. Words can't describe my happiness. Thank you one more time and I will surely see you again, sometimes.

Don't ever trust this clinic, they take the money on the conveyor belt,you are not a person just the number for the business.
You will lose all your teeth and never smile after visit them. Please don't ever go to this clinics , they just scammers to take all your money.

I was very dissatisfied with the visit to the clinic, the description on Instagram and what was offered in the clinic itself were completely different. The clinic is designed in such a way as to take as much money from you as possible, the services provided are not of high quality, and what’s more, they brought you to a different clinic, not the one on Instagram. hotel on the outskirts of Istanbul, in fact 3 stars and not 5 . I was given only 5 colors to choose from, the website indicated a minimum of 15.When I asked which teeth I could choose, showing a photo from Instagram, the doctor was confused, it was clear that most of the work was not his. The doctor is very incompetent, he asked other doctors for advice via WhatsApp. The temporary teeth were placed haphazardly, half of my front tooth was missing. My treatment was not chosen correctly, after the visit, when I flew home, they stopped answering me. Think a hundred times before contacting this clinic. The crowns were made cheaply, no one told how to care for them. The bite was made not correct.

Worst experience I had in my life!!! Do not make the same mistake I have made. From the beginning all went wrong . They promise you that someone will come and pick you up from airport , there was some random guys keep asking for a number, is not safe to go as a woman by yourself, secondly, they promise you a 5 star hotel , which is a big joke , I couldn't wait to go back home , only the exterior of the hotel was OK, the rest inside... Anyway . The most important things was the procedure, I came for 18 veneers and 4 crowns. After first visit to dentist , nobody bothered to give you updates of what is the next step , you have to chase them to find out when is your next appointment. After they set up all the veneers , next day I wake up and one of them came off already, before my flight I told them , and guess what , there in the clinic another 2 came off. When I arrived home , after few days one by one was coming off . When you get in touch with them , they pretend they care or just simply ignore you . I ask for a refund, but obviously they don't want. So , dear people : be smart , don't waste your time , money and your own teeth. Find a good clinic for this procedure.

Following my experience, from March, in wich i had a dental implant with zirconium, I would like to thank the entire medical team at the Serinsey Smile Clinic, for their professionalism, friendly atmosphere and quality services!

I had emax veneers done at the end of December. I have had no complications which is a big compliment to the dentist and I am happy with my teeth. They were very attentive and tried their best to get the exact results I wanted. I was very nervous and they put my nerves at ease. My dentist was Dr Mustapha and he done a very good job and was very patient and attentive. I am also happy with my co ordinators Betty and Karim who provided 24/7 aftercare whenever I tried to contact them or had questions. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I had my teeth done back early December and I’m leaving a review now as I needed to experience my new crowns before leaving any review. Who ever is thinking of getting their teeth done please go for this company as it’s the best. My experience with Serinsey has been amazing. Betty my advisor from day 1 was amazing and took her time to advise me and help me choose what was right for me. Getting picked up from the airport to hotel was 5* and I was finally greeted by Kerim the consultant at the dentist who was so helpful and just made you feel at home with his lovely coffees. Dr Ahmet and his assistant done my teeth and honestly they were the best. I was a nervous wreck but they were so gentle and kept going through every step with me so I understood the procedure. It was actually not too bad as I thought it may be. Now to the real part, after I had my zirconium crowns done, I came back thinking did I do the right thing? I then booked a private dentist visit in London so they can have a look at my new crowns and it was the news I wanted. The dentist said whoever you chose done a very good job on you and have used good quality zirconium crowns on you. I left feeling overwhelmed with joy. Believe me people don’t think twice about this amazing place, they honestly are the best and I would recommend them 100%. I’m sorry for this long essay but I feel I needed to express my feelings abt this dentist and how good they really are. Thank you first to Betty my advisor, Kerim and Dr Ahmet and his assistant.
