I was consulting with lily and decided to book on very short notice we booked and went the very next day, have to say couldn't have been any happier from the arrival picked in a luxurious mini van brought to a 5 star hotel and had great service from very experienced dentists with great results in just 4 days the Coordinator that met us was very helpful he explained the process from start to finish very clearly and precise thanks serinsey smile I would highly recommend these guys

Absolutely amazing experience, the staff and doctors went above and beyond to make me comfortable, opened on a Sunday to do my teeth. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m so ecstatic with my teeth. ❤️

When I contacted this SERINSEY clinic, I was very insistent that everything that included me in the treatment be maintained, due to the bad experience I had previously. The day before my arrival, I didn't even know what the hotel was, or if I would be picked up from the airport, no one had given me any information. When I arrived at the clinic (it was a different one, ÖZEL SPECIAL BAGCILAR) there was no translator (I came with a scheduled appointment). They assured me that the next day there would be a translator... They did not inform me that they do not accept payment by card or transfer, and withdrawing the money from the bank cost me €190 (I think that if you only accept one form of payment you should notify me). I found it very rude that the manager would call me in the evening and repeat over and over again that today I had to pay cash. I said that I would pay half at the beginning of the treatment and the other half before the end, but he demanded that I pay the total now, in cash. He also told me to pay for the hotel, and that he would deduct it from the price, but it doesn't seem like a correct way to treat a client. I have to pay for dental treatment, not make deals with the hotel. The reservation to my Instagram nick (provide my full name several times) and they only reserved for 4 days, and it should have been 5 days. Before I came they guaranteed me a 5-star hotel, and it was a 3-star apartment, at a distance of 1 hour and a half from the clinic, so every day I've gone I've been traveling for 3 hours… very exhausting! This morning it was the second appointment at 10, the driver would pick us up at 8:30, but he didn't arrive until 9:45. There was no translator today either. It has been a complete disaster. My treatment was not well organized and I have not had any confidence in the clinic. I have not felt comfortable or well cared for. And also the doctor suggested that I kill the nerve of 8 teeth that were healthy, just because I told him that the Last time I had my veneers changed I had sensitivity… wow that horrified me!
I decided not to carry out the treatment and the manager has not cared. His only response is that then the driver back to the hotel is €40, and I had to pay it myself.
As soon as I have written this comment, the manager has changed his attitude. He has made a call together with a translator to offer me a discount, and has promised to do the treatment at the SERINSEY clinic, where they made the smile design for Miss Ukraine, and for which I had come here. He apologized to me and I finally accepted. They immediately asked me to delete the comment, but I preferred to wait for the next day. Again 1:30 am on the way to the clinic, the same clinic where I was, I can't believe it, this is a nightmare...
Before coming, I spent months looking for a clinic, I decided on Serinsey because the photos of its results were similar to what I wanted. The smile designs of this clinic where I have been going are totally different. I would not have come if I had known that it was the Özel Special Bagcilar clinic. The manager tells me it's the same, so why aren't there any photos of any Serinsey results on Special Bagcilar's Instagram page or vice versa? Why don't you take me to the other clinic as you promised? I have asked that you please take me to the hotel, I am exhausted from so many lies and false promises. I have asked them to take care of the hotel expenses and the expenses I have had to come here for them (€680), and they have cheated me. But they only want to reimburse half. Today I also had to pay for a taxi to return to the hotel (+25€). After several days negotiating as if this were a market, they only want to reimburse me for half of the expenses... I have lost money with them
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC, THERE ARE MANY CLINICS IN ISTANBUL THAT WILL SURELY BE SERIOUS AND WILL TREAT YOU AS YOU DESERVE. I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED AND ABANDONED IN A COUNTRY THAT IS NOT MINE.

Couldn’t have found a better dentist! After many months of research and reading many reviews across Turkey; I landed myself on Serinsey page and WOW from the start it was everything I was looking for and the work looked incredible. However I visited the clinic last week in Istanbul, the entire 5* service from the Luxery VIP transfers from airport to hotel and then to the clinic which is outstanding. Such a beautiful fresh, clean clinic with many English speaking doctors and staff on standby. Throughout the entire journey I had my own English speaking translator every step of the way which made everything 100% times better. My results are insane and couldn’t be more happier with the whole procedure. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be visiting Istanbul again soon. Best service ever

- amazing experience from beginning to end! Luxury travel to and from the airport and to all clinic appointments- dentist was very professional, spotless, helpful and did a fantastic job on my teeth - highly recommended

Edit…..a month after writing this review my composite bonding chipped badly and my gaps reappeared. Company didn’t want to take any responsibility or even want to put it right.

Both my partner and I had composite bonding done here at the Istanbul clinic. Fab service from start to finish would highly recommend 😊

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, never a minute late for the transfer and I’m extremely happy with the cosmetic treatment, the dentist and staff couldn’t of been more helpful. They even arranged a private tour of the city for us with and English speaking guide. Fully recommend.

I got 20 emax crowns and extremely happy with my results. Everything was professionally organised from the minute I got to Antalya (transfers, accommodation & dental treatment) they explained the full treatment and the best option for my teeth. Me and my partner have both had our teeth done at the Antalya clinic and both recommend!

I got composite bonding done whilst on holiday from the UK. I was nervous to begin with but they made me feel so at ease. They ensured that i was 100% happy before i left. My dentist went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy, she even came back to the clinic the next day (on her day off) to double check my teeth and answer the further queries that I had. I would definitley recommend to everyone. 5 star experience, 5 star transport service. I will definitley be returning in the future. Thank you!
