Ordered 25th September and was informed of despatched 27th when money was taken. Products never arrived. All enquiries answered with "goods in transit" 10% discount code was not applied to invoice.

T-SHIRT NEVER RECEIVED
I Ordered a t-shirt on 08/20/2017 and the item was marked as shipped three days later and now, after a month and a half, I still have not received my product. I have had nothing but problems: they didn't give me the tracking number although I paid for registered airmail. I try to join the customer service but I never get any answer! I have messaged them multiple times and every time they sent only automated replies which says that I chose free delivery, but it’s not true, because I paid 2 € for the registered shipping.
I have no idea how to go about getting my money back, but will 100% not deal with them again.

Stay away!
Ordered a shirt almost two months ago now, and have had nothing but problems. The item was marked as shipped two days later, but the tracking information they sent doesn't have any results. I have messaged them multiple times, and every time they reply in French, just re-issuing the same tracking information. No idea how to go about getting my money back, but will 100% not deal with them again.
*Update* Two months later it finally arrived, online tracking was hit and miss throughout and I was never actually able to speak to anyone from Serishirts except for automated replies. Won't order again.
