I made an order on the 12th december expecting my order would be delivered before x-mas but it took over a month until I finally received it on jan 27th and by then I thought It would never show up. I received an email that my order was shipped before x-mas but the tracking reference included in the shipping details was not valid in the link attached. I tried to get in contact with Serishirt by using the same e-mail that Serishirt sent information to me: contact@.karmashirt.org but I never received any answers back. The site was down just before x-mas which made me a bit concerned and I wrote a request to be contacted on the Facebook site but did not hear back that way either.

When the site was back on I tried the on-line contact form but only on the same day that my order finally arrived they answered back and then attached the full shipping history.

I'm disapointed with the long delivery time, the non-functioning tracking reference, the difficulty reaching customer service and ultimately also disapointed with the quality of the product which did not meet expectations of sales picture. However after my disapointing experience trying to get a hold of customer service I won't even try to make a return for a refund.
