I've seen Niki twice now for Aqualyx injections under my chin. She's amazing, she's so friendly and personable, she explains the procedure thoroughly and is aways honest about the type of results you can expect to achieve. She truly cares about her work and her clients. I received a text from Niki the day after my treatment to make sure I was ok and wasn't having any adverse side effects. Sero aesthetics prices are affordable compared to other aesthetics businesses in the area, would definitely recommend.

Had my lips done for the first time by Nikki, she was more than attentive. Would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially if it was there first treatment as she couldn’t have made everything clearer, we had a slight complication, not by anything Nikki had done wrong but my lip swelled and Nikki messaged me everyday to check everything was healing well. I would definitely go back for any future treatments.

My lips solely belong to Nicki at Sero! Everything is about her service is nothing short of gold standard. From the moment you walk in you feel reassured. She makes you feel relaxed from the moment you message her, her knowledge is outstanding. Nicki will always give you the natural look, just slightly enhanced and revitalised. She will take in to account our facial features before giving you the perfect pout and has always been realistic on my expectations.

This was my first time getting any sort of filler and I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease! Everything was explained to me in full detail, even down to aftercare and future bookings! I was completely confident that even if I had the simplest of queries they would be welcomed with opened arms and answered! The after care package was a lovely touch and had some brilliant treats in!

Around a year ago I had my lips done with Sero Aesthetics and well being. Niki was professional, Friendly and clearly explained everything. She answered any questions I had and made sure I felt confortable and well prepared to make an informed decision. She was as gentle as she could be and paid alot of attention to detail, making sure my lips worked for my face. Even after the procedure she answered any queries or concerns I had about the progress of my lips.

The environment was clean and working in healthcare, I can say the way Niki managed her environment was clinical and safe.

My lips have lasted me a year and although I had an adjustment period with them (getting used to the new shape with my face), I can honestly say that Niki is the best person for the job.
