Very helpful and polite …
The person that was dealing with helping me get my new fridge was very helpful friendly and polite. I told him I would have a look at fridges and get back to him. When I did he continued to still be very helpful. I have now sorted what fridge I am getting and he has explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend Service Box.

My experience was great is because the service Box will be providing me with a new fridge freezer and taking away the old one. The company was prompt in ordering the fridge freezer and their customer service was excellent

0 star company. After taking 3 years of payments my house was burnt by the insured fridge. Instead of compensation they told me fire demage is not covered although fridge was insured and caused fire demaged to all my property. Avoid them.

House fire damage is generally excluded under the terms of our appliance protection plans. Superb Service!!!
Why does stuff break down just at the point you really REALLY need the appliance most!?!? The good news is we had Service Box cover. This is not a straightforward tale of woe - our washer/dryer gave up the ghost and the engineer attended quickly and identified that the circuit board needed replacing - the only spare he didn’t have and would have to be ordered. Unfortunately we desperately needed a washing machine so decided to buy a new one which we did. The following day we received a call from Ashley Ames-Smith at Service Box informing us the part was discontinued so the machine would be replaced by Service Box. Arghhhhh!!! Worry not, Ash was brilliant, arranged a cash payment to go towards the new machine and help set up new cover, at a reduced direct debit, to cover our Dishwasher leaving our new washer/dryer to be covered by its warranty. Such brilliant service from Service Box and I have to commend Ashley for his superb, professional customer service skills. A credit to the Service Box team!!
