Otis is an amazing young man who ensured my new position fitted my requirements and not me fitting into a position just as a business deal.

I am one of the agency staff. Service Care Service staff listen and provide a fantastic guidance and support to all my concerns regarding my work rota and roles at the allocated Residential Care Home. I am always updated with plenty of time on changes on working time or dates.
I highly recommend SCS to any body looking for an Agency works.

I have worked as a locum Social Worker for 11 years. I am registered with several recruitment agencies, to maximise my opportunities. Without question, Carly is the most professional, responsive and pro active consultant that I have worked with. Hence I try to keep my contracts with Service Care Solutions. I have even moved agency to Service Care Solutions mid contract, as Carly just never lets me down. Carly listens and most importantly she cares. If you want a consultant who will do as they say and be honest with you, even if it isn't what you want to hear at times, Carly is that consultant. 100% would recommend Carly.

Not a bad agency as far as they go. They're in for the long game and are not fly-by-nights. OK if you are considering long-term agency work. I'd add,
- payroll runs pretty smoothly compared to other agencies
- they have some good staff and seem to develop their staff well
- occasionally there is scope to negotiate the rate
- their website gives you an idea of their approach

Service Care Solution appears transparent, always ready on the other side of the telephone, patience, and very hardworking and supportive
