If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I scheduled a showing and received the lock box code. I show up to the property with my client and there is NO lock box.
I then call customer service, and the woman tells me they will have this escalated. NOTHING MORE.
We wait outside the property for an hour, in which we decide we need to reschedule.
I hear NOTHING back for 4 days- so I follow back up with customer service.
The SAME woman in customer service answers my call and states " she never once told me to wait for an hour- and that it can take up to TWO WEEKS for the escalation to be resolved."
I then ask for a number to "the seller's property preservation team" ( the team that handles their escalations.) and am told they don't have an actual phone number. ?????
She then goes on to state that trying to get in direct contact with them would be like " Asking my brother's girlfriend for a hot dog."
At this point, this has to be a joke, right? I comment on her unprofessional and snarky behavior and she then in turns blames her behavior on her accent and being FIRST GENERATION.
I kid you not! I ask to speak to her manager and he conveniently was not available.
I am escalating this extremely poor customer service with the BBB and DORA.

Tell your seller they are delusional i diots. After seeing the place up close and the total dump of the surrounding area, I'm glad they declined my bid. I wouldn't give even half that now. Glad I extended my diligence. They haven't even had the lawn mowed! Pathetic. You all should rescind your representation. What a complete waste of time and TOTAL LIE. Shame on them and maybe you all should apply some diligence as well. Doubtful I will even seek out anything further with your company. These properties aren't even at auction rates. They're simply reduced market rates..

This company is one of the biggest scams ever!! They tried to con a relative of mine who happens to be married to a real estate attorney. After speaking with him several times, they overnight the earnest money. They tried to auction a house with multiple lawsuits which they did not disclose. Talk about losers for life!!
