I fixed the appointment on a Sunday…

I fixed the appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Brett was here by 11.00am on Monday morning. All up and running by midday. Such quick and efficient service all round. Thank you so much. I would recommend the company whole heartily

Pick on vulnerable and elderly who don't use tech services

Was a vulnerable and I'll adult my mother used this company. They were supposed to have card machines to pay - they knew before hand they couldn't repair my mother's washing machine, but made a story up that their card machine wasn't working. They said someone would ring her, so my mother sat by the phone all day. No call.
Nothing weeks went by, my mother struggles at waiting for calls, and due to her past became ill over all this, which ended up hospital, with no one to bring her phone in.
Travelled to get her her phone finding an email from the company who were charging her fir basically their mistake or pretending their card reader wasn't working on the day and not cc contacting her in the day as promised. My mother struggles to read due to her disability and is been charged apparently £20 a fortnight because she is in hospital - and is a very vulnerable adult. I sent them an email explaining she hadn't her phone, also dropped it and smashed it and sadly no one nearby who helps her. Now surely they could if sent her a bill thru the post? But no then are a cob company robbing vulnerable people when they say they carry card readers and instant payment, they don't , and make up a lie that the card reader isn't working so they can fleece oaps and vulnerable people - a get rich quick scheme. They never even looked at the washing machine just said oh we don't repair these machines! And charged her more. I am taking this to tracing standards as they con vulnerable people and People need you be aware of their lies and how they make extra money
I did send them an email from my mother's account as she has too frail to be home after all this, but they have never been in touch. I am quoting the day I found the email - no other emails from them in her emailbox, so why could they not send a letter when dealing with the older generation and disabled?

Edit. Was told by the service engineer bed his machine wasn't working at other houses was my mother, the engineer was called Ben, big fat bloke could hardly get in my mother's house. But according to Service centre today there was no internet or WiFi at my mother's house - which is a complete lie as my mother has WiFi, and internet via her now smashed and repaired mobile, so everything is a lie. Ben on telling my mother had the features if a liar not looking at her when talking about his broken machine that he never produced. It's all a con to get money.
It's interesting trading standards has a big file on this company, as they do on fake companies
Also the added thing if you done see the email to pay , by law they have to send you written details and and a bill by post, they fail to do that. They advertise as local but they are not the £59 is for them to arrive at your door £20 added to walk in your house and it continues. Please find genuine repair people, these are based in London, what you get elsewhere is a sham, please stand up for your rights

First class service

After some initial engineer problem, my request for a repair was handled speedily and effectively. The engineer who came to complete the repair was absolutely terrific - Well done Gary

Technician just only defrosted the…

Technician just only defrosted the freezer evaporator and re installed the coverind. Issiue is still ongoing and juat realized that the technician has charged me for a part fee which i did not see any parts been installed. Scammer

Excellent service

Excellent service. I rang in the afternoon and by 5pm the same day the tumble dryer was repaired. Reasonable price and the engineer Nicu was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again.
