The engineer that came was excellent. Phoned before arrival and turned up when he said...no waiting around. Bit of a wait for the part to arrive but I'm guessing that was out of his control. Very satisfied

I couldn't believe the promptness of the response and the superb efficiency of the communication. A technician came, as promised, the next day and solved the problem. I had been given his mobile number by Service Site and he gave me the time off of his arrival within a two hour slot. He was really efficient and friendly.

I had been given a minimum cost and this did not have to be exceeded. I had researched call out charges elsewhere and Service Site were the most reasonable.

I'd whole heartedly recommend Service Site Appliance Repairs.

Great service, came the same day and repaired my 14yr old rangemaster oven

Booked easily , engineer visited same day and had necessary spare part on his van .

Engineer came with very few parts not really satisfied that he has diagnosed the fault properly. Had to buy and fit a new hose myself. Excessively high call out charge and discrepancy in bill. Will not use again.

Easy to contact and good come as appointment make and sensible price

Danny kept i communication all day telling me when he would arrive. When he carried out the repair told me everything that was wrong and how he was fixing it. Excellent service

Engineer came and said we had to replace the washing machine because the power board was broken. Said it would take a long time to come and was quite expensive so no point in repairing and was advised to buy a new one. Which I did. When installing the new one we found out that it was just the plug that was broken and not the machine at all. I s had to pay the engineer £106 for their incorrect advice and am now a further £400 out of pocket. The phone number for service site appliance repairs doesn’t get answered so I can’t even discuss this with them

To bloody expensive £150 for a part that cost £43

Amazing service! Called before he turned up to tell me he was on his way. Came in and got straight on. Found the issue very quickly and repaired very quickly. Whole job was done in less than an hour. Very personable and even talked me through the issue and fix!
