Disappointing
I ordered a pair of pants, but I made the mistake of not double-checking the order details, and it came up as an XS. I called and asked them to send me a medium. After two weeks, when it hadn't arrived, I called again, and they told me it had probably gotten lost, not to worry, and that they would send me another pair. I asked Georgie, the kind woman who helped me, to please make sure the size was a medium and not an XS as it appeared on the invoice. She said no problem. Yesterday, I received the package, and when I opened it, it was an XS. Now I have to return it and pay for the return shipping. To be honest I’m very disappointed.

Great service
I brought a couple of items for my son. Whilst there was a an issue with one item, the service that Jack and Georgie provided was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them and their speedy response to my mails was so very much appreciated. All is sorted now and the quality of both items are superb. 👌
Just great customer service
Unfortunately due to not reading the companies size chart I had to return a few of the items I’d purchased.
I contacted customer service as I was having an issue with returning the items online (so nice to have a phone number and a real person to talk to) where I spoke to the warehouse manager Charlie.
Charlie couldn’t have been more helpful and explained that due to a backlog the return might take a little longer than usual.
Skip forward one week and I made a follow up call and spoke to Charlie again and explained that I hadn’t yet received the refund but within a few minutes he had pushed through the refund and apologised for the delay.
Customer service like this is rare nowadays but very appreciated,thanks Charlie.

UPDATE: Service works has finally got back to me and offered me 10% discount for my next purchase to apologise which is a kind gesture.

Great clothes, awful service
TL;DR: I bought a pair of trouser and got the wrong size in the post. Had to pay for the return and would have to pay for a new pair. No thanks.
I love this brand and their clothes, but the customer service is so bad that I won't be buying anything from them again. I bought a pair of trousers size M from them and I got a size XL instead. I never even tried them on, since there was no way it would fit me and just asked for a replacement. To my surprise I found something in their website stating that I am responsible for paying for the return: "We do not offer free returns. All costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility." So, I got in contact with their customer service and explained how they had messed up and that I expected a free replacement.
To my astonishment, they told me that that's not their policy and they could "help me purchase a replacement item." So, not only do they expect me to pay for the return, but there's no replacement, I still haven't even gotten my money back for the original trousers, AND I would risk the same thing happening again if I bought new ones. How can a company go through such lengths to make good products and invest in advertising only to turn around and treat their customers like this?
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

I placed an order five days ago and it was confirmed. Still haven’t heard anything to indicate that the item has been dispatched. I’ve tried chasing with customer service but haven’t heard anything.

I've been waiting for the opportunity to buy something from Service Works and regularly visiting the website. As I coveted the canvas script popovers, a much-loved shirt died, so I seized my moment! I'm extremely pleased with the quality of my purchase, and it's a stylish addition to my wardrobe. I got it in light blue (harbour), and my wife says I should buy the other colours as well, but I expect I'll get something else – there's a lot of fantastic stuff to choose from. Great customer service, too.

I’ve purchased a few items from Service Works and they’ve all been perfect, except for one jacket that turned out to be a little bigger than expected. I was in a rush to take it on holiday and removed all the tags before trying it on.
Still, I decided to reach out and see if there was any chance of an exchange, fully expecting a polite but firm no. To my surprise, Service Works actually has a contact number on their website, and the person who answered was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.
Even though I’d bought the jacket nearly two months ago, they happily sent me a link to arrange a swap. Huge thanks to Jack for sorting it out. I genuinely thought I’d have to just sell the jacket online.

Lovely garms, great customer service
I’ve been after something from service works as long as I’ve been aware of the company. I recently had a “casual” wedding to attend and finally had my opportunity to place an order. I went for the drill service suit jacket in olive for the wedding, and a hickory stripe chore jacket for more everyday wear. Both jackets are impeccably stylish, and fit so well!
I also must mention that I’d accidentally selected standard shipping when I needed next day (wedding was imminent), I emailed Jack on the info email who immediately sent my order out as next day at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service!
Based on what I have already ordered I can confidently say I’d be happy to be dressed head to toe in service works every day!
