No order confirmation, no tracking, and ultimately no goods. Extremely disappointing.
I found plates that I've been searching for for months, offered at an excellent discount on this professional-looking website. The price seemed almost too good to be true so I consulted Trustpilot and similar sites - there was no info on serving-plate.com, so I went ahead with my purchase, using Pay-in-4 as it was a significant amount.
Small concerns were felt when I received no confirmation email, nor, as the days passed, any shipping notification. It was an international transaction, so I expected that the plates would take several weeks to arrive. When three Pay-in-4 payments had been processed and I still had no idea when the plates would arrive, I contacted serving-plate.com through their online contact form, courteously requesting tracking information or at least confirmation that my parcel had been sent. Again I heard absolutely nothing, no response at all.
After the final payment was processed and I still had zero information and no plates, I contacted PayPal, who refunded me in full within an hour. I appreciate PayPal's customer protection, but I have nothing whatever to say about serving-plate.com but this: avoid that site!
