He even discussed diet related to my issue.
He was compassionate in understanding my economic situation related to my reason for visit.

Absolutely horrid. Charged me $70/membership fee and never even received a phone call from an expert. They are a scam. Do NOT do business with them. I disputed the charge.

Sesame is a very streamlined easy platform to use, the pricing is actually great for patients who lack insurance coverage and still need access to quality care.
My provider was fantastic, she is approachable, listens well, demonstrates compassion, and ensures that my concerns are addressed while developing a treatment plan. She is sensitive to certain circumstances and helped develop a treatment plan around limiting factors. I felt heard and that my opinion mattered and my input was encouraged through the entire interaction.

Physician was professional and empathic

Quick, seamless, affordable. The provider was knowledgeable and very nice and kind. I would definitely see her again if the need arose in the future.

Dr. Henry Ibitokun has always shown up the appointments on time or early. He’s precise and knowledgeable. I like his way of not asking too many questions and sending off the correct RX the first time. This prevents delays in getting my medications.

I wouldn’t recommend it. I tried to have my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, but they couldn’t resolve it on their end. I spent hours dealing with this and regret using their service.

Good first experience. I initially had some trouble getting on to the platform and technically missed the first part of my appointment window. I was really upset to not be able to connect but the team was terrific - they got in touch with the doctor right away and she graciously allowed an immediate phone consult on her own time, so that I could still get the care I needed. So grateful and will be seeing her again for a follow up soon.
