Migration of a small account from another cpanel-based host was smooth and when we did hit speedbumps the support was on top of the situation to move things along. Then when we discovered that some people couldn't reach the domain because of an issue with the backbone connection, they quickly launched an investigation and moved us to a different location to resolve the issue. Migrations aren't guaranteed to go perfectly and SetraHost's responsive support was very much appreciated, even being on a lower tier plan.

The price is great for the amount of features offered and SetraHost quickly responds to all of the support tickets in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the switch I made to them after my previous host raised prices by 25%. I haven't experienced any issues since officially switching so I would definitely recommend.

This hosting has been absolutely incredible !! Not only is it affordable but the support is always so helpful and the sites work so great and load so much faster than my previous hosting !! I can't recommend this host enough for how great they truly are

So far I am impressed with SetraHost. My account was set up fast and the information sent in the welcome email was accurate. I had one issue with MS365 email and getting the Name Taget, MX Files, and TXT files pointed in the right direction. Damon did a great job and timely.

Great prices and excellent support. Whenever I had an issue, support would reply within 30 minutes or less at times.

I've been blown away by the top-notch level of service I've received since signing up for Wordpress managed hosting with SetraHost. I'm used to hours upon hours of researching, trying, failing, and trying again whenever I've run into issues with wordpress sites that I've built for myself or managed for clients. I found SetraHost several weeks ago when building a site for a new project. The difference has been night and day!

I wasn't expecting to have such immediate access to Wordpress experts. Each time I've contacted them, they've gone into the backend of my site, solved the problem AND taught me how to fix it myself in the future (because I always ask). It fast-forwarded my website development process and I feel so much more secure knowing I have a team of experts on call whenever I need them.

Today I upgraded to the next level of hosting package so I can create a new site for another project. I wrote them in the pop-up chat, they answered immediately, talked me thru my options, created an invoice, AND quickly solved an issue I had with my first website. And they're so nice, too!

The cost is amazingly inexpensive for the value. I used a discount offer, but even at full price it's more than reasonable.

I've already recommended the service to several colleagues and will continue to do so.

SetraHost is fantastic. I had issues at first setting up my email, but their support was very quick to respond and helped me resolve the issue quickly. I leaned on them quite a bit while I was learning how to set everything up, and they have proven to be in my court the whole time. I am especially impressed with their transparency with a service interruption that happened a couple days ago. They were ahead of the ball, and not only alerted customers, but provided a detailed cause, solution, and prevention tactic. Thanks, SetraHost!

It's only been a week, and I'm not exactly the world's most advanced user, but so far, I've been quite impressed with SetraHost.

Granted, I never would've moved over if they weren't running a promotional offer that substantially cut down the cost of hosting—I paid only a little more for three years with them as I was paying for a year of shared hosting. I ran into some initial technical difficulties and emailed at a very late hour; I received a response so immediately that I had gone to bed in the interim.

By the end of the next day, which was a Sunday, both of my websites were migrated over, and I was able to start a third subdomain and upload files. While I'm still learning how to do various things—again, not the world's most advanced user—I've been very happy with their service so far, and hope that it continues into the future.

Fantastic support, great features and great price. I decided to switch hosts after many years with another one due to price hikes. SetraHost had an amazing offering for what I needed (which is pretty minimal, just one website). I ended up transferring my domain from a separate provider as well. I opened tickets to migrate my current site, including a Wordpress installation, along with reaching out when I had an error with domain transfer. Their support has been extremely responsive and fantastic, even on a Saturday. The site migration was seamless and they helped me resolve the domain transfer issue. Additionally, they helped fix some errors I was receiving on Wordpress. Such an amazing first impression and I'm truly impressed.
