I've been going to Stefan for over a decade with different problems over the years. I'd never consider going to another physio now and I thoroughly recommend him.

I am 58 and still play sport to a high level, visited Stefan for back, shoulder and knee pain. Sorted me out in no time. Great lad, great experience and definitely recommend 5☆

Stefan has been an incredible help to me over the year’s. As an active individual I’m often picking up niggles. Luckily to date nothing too serious but Stefan is always on hand to rectify my problems.

I’ve had hip pain on walking for a while and eventually decided to see a Physiotherapist to look into it. I was concerned it could be the start of arthritis but Stefan reassured me it wasn’t and after 3 sessions and some targeted exercises to do at home my hip is feeling much better . I wish I’d gone sooner !

Stefan was excellent. I suffered a tibial plateau fracture whilst skiing. I was really struggling to get full movement and strength back in my leg and Stefan pinpointed the exact exercises I needed. Several visits and a lot of hard work later I was back on the slopes. Something I don’t think would have been possible without Stefans help.

Been going to Stefan for my back and when I first started going I was in so much pain especially in the mornings and really stiff. Since going to Stefan I am loaded better no more pain in the mornings. I still get a little stiff some mornings but I’m 100% better then I was and with the exercises he has gave me I feel like I will back to myself in no time. Stafan is also a really nice guy make you very comfortable and easy to get along with. I would definitely recommendrecommend Stefen he’s a great physio and knows what hes doing but he’s a lovely person too. Thank you.

Seven Hills Physiotherapy is an excellent company, after being hospitalised with a severly bad back i was referred to Stefan through a friend of my husband who advised me i wouldn't be disappointed, and i wasn't, i was barely able to walk or sit and unable to dress myself and had to have help getting in the shower, after having Physiotherapy I was able to walk properly and carry out my physical everyday duties at work, I am so grateful for what Stefan helped me achieve, Stefan explains everything in detail and makes you feel relaxed and at ease, he is very polite and professional and extremely good at his job.
I would highly recommend seven hills Physiotherapy without a doubt, and he covers all aspects of Physiotherapy, thankyou so much for getting me back into better health.

Stefan is an excellent Physiotherapist, very professional and caring. After my first appointment I could feel the difference with less pain and discomfort, and after six weeks with home exercises I no longer require further treatment. I would recommend him to anyone.

First ever visit to any physio but I can assure you I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I had any more issues. Stefan was extremely helpful and after only a few sessions I’m feeling much better. He knew straight away what my problem was and got to working on it. Hes brilliant at his job. And a top man aswell you can be sure to feel at ease when going to him.

Stefan is like a miracle worker, I have seen him for back and leg problems. Due to my work I am stood for long periods of time and every so often I visit for a few sessions with Stefan to help solve these problems. Would highly recommend as he is so friendly and professional. Great communication and availability for late night appointments. Good value for money also.

Stefan has been recently treating me for neck and shoulder mobility and pain issues and I’m like a new woman. Would and have recommended Stefan to friends and relatives. 5*

I have had Stefan as my physio for many years now. I have I have been to Stefan over several injuries in this time including lumbar back issues, neck issues, displaced ankle bone, plantar fascitis and most recently a knee issue. He is very flexible with his appointment times and will always aim to get you booked in as quick as possible. His knowledge is impeccable and he can explain each injury to you in great detail and can easily identify the treatment required. I have referred many friends and family members to him over the years also and they have all had positive experiences too. He is so friendly and puts your mind at ease really quickly and is very professional also.

Having had 5 physio sessions with Stefan within the last 2 months (to help increase mobility in my arthritic knee & reduce the nagging pain experienced whilst walking), I can confirm that the treatment administered & the additional exercise suggested by Stefan has had a positive effect on both mobility of the knee & has also helped ease some of the pain. I know this will not cure the problem with my knee (replacement of the knee being the only lasting cure) but it has eased some of the pain & increased my mobility sufficiently enough for me to feel it's been worthwhile.

I’ve been going to Stefan for couple of years on and of with different aches and muscular pains .Back ache to shoulder pains Stefan is the best physio I’ve been to and always manages advise me on what movements and excercises to do to help me .

Very professional and friendly explained why I was having severe pain in upper arm and manipulated the areas and gave me exercises to manage at home. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The second time I have been to see Stefan with 2 different problems. I can’t rate the service highly enough. I hate any type of medical appointment and my anxiety goes through the roof. Stefan puts you at ease😀
Waiting lengthy periods for an NHS appointment just isn’t worth it when Seven Hills is so reasonably priced.
In the best possible way I hope I don’t visit again but should I, or friends and family, need a physiotherapist Seven Hills will be top of the list.
