This is our first time doing factoring and SevenOaks has been amazing. We got our payment the next day no problems. Holly has been awesome to work with. She has gone above when helping me.

I was told I would be paid the day after each time I turn in my paperwork. That's has never happened. It always takes 2 to 3 days before and it's hard to keep track because it's not daily as I was told. So I'm not satisfied with it at all.

In recently, starting my business, driving box trucks. I've come to a lot of brick walls and Monica case has been a godsend. She has helped me in many ways from teaching my wife and me how to properly fill out and submit all paperwork as well as coaching me on how to book loads on my own. There were times I wanted to quit but Monica said "NO DAVID YOU CAN DO THIS JUST LET ME HELP YOU" She did and know I'm doing much better. I Recommend Sevenoaks and Monica case. Terrible factoring company. They make you pay an escrow fee from each factored load. You are suppose to receive the money back once the load clears, and that doesn't happen. This was a terrible and very unprofessional experience.
