Wish I'd read the reviews! However my bank sorted it straight away. Noticed something wasn't right when I got no confirmation email. Then they took a second payment. Shocking around Christmas aswell

As many others have said, this company is fraudulent.

My experience seems fairly typical - I placed on order on their website but received no acknowledgement. I was then overcharged because the transaction was made in a foreign currency (US dollar) before being recharged the total sum again, with the payment being recurring until I reported it to my bank and had my card cancelled.

Wonderful timing just before Christmas and what a joy to live in a world where buying my 3-year old niece a stuffed toy has led to being defrauded by a criminal outfit!

I hope you're lucky enough to be reading this before you place an order with sevog.com, not after. I only wish I'd checked them out on Trustpilot first. Lesson learned.

Do not deal with this company. They take more than they should and do it more than once.

Took nearly double the amount I authorised. Now that I have read the reviews, I'm not holding my breath for delivery.

Edit: To be fair, the item did arrive! However, the issue of the overcharging remains outstanding.

No goods delivered. Slightly more money than authorised taken from my account but I put this down to experience. THEN unauthorised money taken from my account! Not just a scam; total crooks. At least they didn't break a window to get at my money.

Like the rest paid paid an extra amount to zeolocorp not amount of purchase no reply to email no invoice I did receive the item but then this morning found out they’ve taken £25 out under Sevogonline.com never authorised. Complete con. Will have to call bank can’t afford to cancel card before Xmas as need access but maybe forced to absolutely disgusting

It's a scam, I've had to go through my bank. They have continued to take money out of my bank, so I've had to get a new card. Never received my product either.

SCAM COMPANY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY DETAILS AS I CERTAINLY HAVNT ORDERED WITH THEM. A PAYMENT OF £17.13 TAKEN ON MONDAY THEN A PAYMENT FOR £25.87 TODAY THEY HAD SET PAYMENTS UP AS CONTINIOUS!!!
CARD CANCELLED AND WILL BE CLAIMING THESE PAYMENTS BACK....

Do not deal with this company. I ordered goods from their website. I did not receive either an order acknowledgement nor a receipt. I did not receive any goods. Then I discovered that they had taken a further payment from my bank account. The bank told me that it was a recurring transaction. I certainly did not authorise this and have had to go to the trouble to try and get the money back and get my card cancelled

Do not do business with, did not receive confirmation letter with order number after ordering and paying for goods which they said would be dispatched within 3 days.
After not receiving the goods in the time frame they promised I have sent them numerous emails asking where my goods are, I have only received automated replies and there is also no telephone contact number for anyone to speak to them. Like numerous others I have been scammed.

Missing updates about my delivery. Contacted customer services and they were responsive. Overall it was a good experience. Happy with my order.

Made my order and no confirmation email so tried to contact and just kept getting an automated response with a ticket number. Emailed 6 times and tried the contact number before looking on here to see I'm just one of many that have been scammed. Just wondering if anyone has managed to get their money back via contacting the bank ?
So upset as saved for 2 months to purchase the gift for my son for xmas now if I dont get the money back I wont be able to replace the gift.

Sevog did not send acknowledgement email of order, took slightly more money than item listed price, plus bank conversion cost so added about £5 to a 69.99 chair. Looked on Trustpilot, several people saying same plus not receiving goods. Thought they were scammers. Sevog, please send acknowledgement of order email to put peoples mind at rest, and why take more than price of listed item?? My order HAS arrived.

Ordered on 8th November no confirmation email received. Messaged them they said the system is down so can’t send the confirmation email. Left it a week no dispatch email, messaged them again and they said they are working on dispatch and gave me the time scale. Almost 3 weeks later still no confirmation email, still no dispatch email. I’ve messaged them this time to say I want a refund and surprise surprise no response!! Just disgusting how people can do this especially in the hard times we are in. It was supposed to be my daughters Christmas present!

I ordered and received no confirmation email. I emailed constantly about the item, concerned I had no email about my purchase but no response of them. They took the money and that’s it.

They should not be allowed to trade.

They do not have what you want to order! Do NOT go near them!

Total Scam. I ordered an £130 product, which wanted to return back. Been emailing them constantly but they never replied. The Phone nr doesn't work and it seems I have to end up with an unwanted item. AVOID them.

SCAM company- no confirmation email of order, took an extra unauthorised payment of our bank card. Phone number doesn’t work - again only read trustpilot reviews after I smelt a rat. Reported to Google - this site needs to come down now!
