We specialise in supplying sewing machines, overlockers, embellishers, embroidery machines, sewing/embroidery machines, steam presses, roller presses and various sewing accessories. We are aware that in today's increasingly competitive environment, it is important that we continue to focus our efforts in maintaining the first class customer service that we try to provide. Feedback lets us know what we are doing well and also what we can do better. My new Janome Overlocker

Ordered my Janome overlocker, delivery was fast and efficient. The overlocker was already threaded and ready to go. I used the machine on the day of delivery and was very impressed. Very happy with my new overlocker.

New Sewing Machine

I had a very positive experience with Sewing Machines Direct. Before choosing my new machine, I spoke with Russell, who was incredibly helpful; he explained all the features and answered all my queries before making my decision.
​The communication was excellent throughout, and I was impressed by the prompt, next-day delivery. I also booked an online demonstration from Cathy, who took the time to explain the various functions in great detail. I am delighted with the friendly service provided and highly recommend them.
