Sewing Machine World (SMW)ordered my new Brother scan n’ cut machine from their Brother supplies and unfortunately the supplies did not complete the order.
SMW, was so apologetic for the delay, the owner was genuinely upset. Nowadays that is rear. He did everything in his power to make sure I spoke to the suppliers so that they could sort the problem out. I did get to speak to someone in the suppliers company who again like SMW’s staff went above and beyond to fix the problem. I can gladly say everything was sorted and an apology given. It is absolutely rare for companies to work well together to help the customers.

I am updating my first review as I have now been in touch with Sewing Machine World. Delay on item on order from Brother and human error in not advising me at the time. Everything has been sorted to my satisfaction and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again as they have been extremely helpful sorting out the issue.

Absolutely brilliant service. Bought a reconditioned Janome machine. Immaculate condition with manual and various bits and pieces. Couldn’t be happier. Loving it.

Ordered my juki G220 it arrived in a couple of days well packed

One of my product was delayed and the company reached out to me to ask if I wanted a refund or of I would like to wait fir the product to cone back into stock. Great customer service. And giving you choices because of that I am waiting for my product and will purchase it from them.

The quilting foot took several days to arrive. I ordered this one as it said it was specific to my Brother machine and it was much more expensive than others available on line, I subsequently found other people on my course had bought exactly the same item from 'A' for a quarter of the price. I also found it snagged the batting if I was only using fabric on one side, it is fine when the batting is sandwiched.

The supplier checked to see if I had received the item. When I stated that I was still waiting for the item, she offered to supply another. After putting the phone down, I checked to find that the item had arrived a day earlier with others items. Immediately, I contacted the supplier to apologise and stop her from sending another item. I would not hesitate to buy another item (same or different), from this supplier, Thank you!
