The stitch selection knob on my sewing machine had cracked, so I was unable to use my machine correctly. I googled the part and Sewing Stuff came up trumps and within a few days I received a new part great service.

I was looking for a replacement stitch dial for my sewing machine. Unfortunately, the part I needed was obsolete, but Yuki not only answered my email enquiry very promptly, she offered some very helpful advice and excellent alternatives. I placed my order, it was delivered promptly and I have a working sewing machine again. Thank you very much!!

Great service, website easy to use when searching for model number. Items arrived quickly & well packaged. I ordered a shuttle hook, bobbin case & race cover. On arrival I discover that the race cover didn’t fit. I got in touch with Sewing Stuff, Yuki responded & explained that Toyota have 2 models with the same code, which have different race covers, they didn’t have this one available as the supplier didn’t have it. I was offered a refund which was received on proof of postal of the returned item. Great website, communication & service, thank you.
