Order tracking was difficult to navigate through FedEx, they also handed out an attempt notice slip for a different city entirely (cold lake facility info not Lloyd’s) other than that the order was received and I’m happy with the purchase

I placed 2 orders in December
Received the one from Dec 22nd yesterday and still didn't get anything from December 19th . that is almost 1 month....

I've been doing retail business with them since 2022 and now have a trading platform on their website since the beginning of Nov. 2025. Having made double-digit phone calls to them in managing my retail and trade accounts, I have received prompt, professional services from polite and helpful people every time. My retail orders have all been accutate, well packaged and delivered within 3-days of ordering. On hold over 5-minutes only once and that has been since the volume surge we are going through now, so it was easily understandable. Two of them know my voice when they hear me speak. And I love their trading platform.

Exceptionally slow. Ordered a SKU that was apparently full stock, now I check it and they don’t have it for another month. Would’ve been nice to know that before I ordered a month ago. Even other coins that are in stock haven’t shipped in months.

yes my order X508190210 was good but my recent experience hasn't been since i order from 24th and 29th,i haven't receive any updates about my goods even after writing you guys severally all i got is holiday excuses and when i check my account i only see money has been received and nothing else on my account ,i intends to buy more but this delay is making me doubt the service but in honesty the first experience was great.

They are short supply if they have any.Only partial order shipped, on three orders.
Multiple calls, told sorry repeatedly, if I can get through. Promised shipments multiple times ,next day, Still no tracking number.
One shipment short 200 oz.
Use another supplier who can guarantee delivery.
