Every time I have a delivery or collection they always go over and above. The communication before is excellent with lots of updates. Then the staff who deliver/collect are always super helpful and polite. Makes a lovely change!

Good experience
I was unable to accept the first delivery date and time slot and it was easy to rearrange. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an alternative date fairly quickly with a reasonable time slot.
O n the day of delivery, my time slot kept getting pushed back which was ok for that day, but would have been an inconvenience if we had arranged plans for the evening. Was grateful they didn’t cancel it.
Fair play to the delivery guys, they were really pleasant and handled our new purchase carefully.

Took delivery money for two men then…
Took delivery money for two men then refused to put carpet were needed. I do want a refund has had to sort it myself. Two men couldn't yet i could. Complete p take had to also pull it off van myself because the two men sent couldn't carry it. Dont waste the extra payment they are useless and full of excuses

Absolutely ridiculous service
Absolutely ridiculous service, had the most rude persons come assemble my bed, left packaging for me to clear up. Upon challenging them he shouted at me to do whatever I like and drive off. Not happy ! Was bad enough that they tried to avoid coming to assemble. I dont know why companies use these people to deliver there goods.

Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed in our delivery service today! We paid extra delivery fees to be able to have our carpets delivered to the rooms they needed to be in. I did this as I knew I wouldn’t be able to be home for the delivery and my elderly grandad would instead stay at mine to let the delivery people in. Upon arrival they refused to take the carpets into the house claiming they wouldn’t be able to bend them round the door. They also refused to take them through the back gate and through my large double patio doors. They were going to leave them on my drive way until my grandad insisted they used my front window to get them into the lounge. At this point although the agreed they stayed outside and pushed the carpets in leaving my elderly grandad to guide / pull them through!!! After calling him to see how it had gone he was flustered and said they were just really difficult and made the process quite stressful for him! I am extremely disappointed and would like my delivery fees back!

They were due to assemble the furniture and identified product damage. Contacted their office.
But rather than take away the damaged items, they left me with parts that I can’t do anything with.
