No fuss.
I was kept fully informed of the delivery time, was able to change it without fuss and the delivery itself was very capably handled by the two guys on the truck, who put my goods just where I wanted them.

A date was given for delivery which I couldn't keep.Arranged a new date the day after.
It was delivered in time slot allocated.
I received a phone call from delivery driver half an hour before.
The 2 young men put carpet in conservatory for me. They were very polite & friendly & wished me a good day. Very happy with service.

Scheduled for delivery two days ago, 7 am - 5pm, I ended up in hospital noght before with my child , so when they called at 7am to say they were at property, I messaged them back and stated it was at hospital, can they just leave it outside the property, no reply untill 1 hour later, the reply simply said "no " so I had to pay £40 to reschedule, so second delivery, 6.40 am!!! Calling me to say they outside the new property and to hurry up !!! My partner drives round , and thier van is blocking the road, traffic behind, and the delivery men shouting at my partner 'open this door now, we have other deliveries" .. definitely not recommended

Paid for 2 man delivery to 2nd floor
Paid for 2 man delivery to 2nd floor, didn't happen. They just dumped it at the kerbside. Poor response, note you didn't refund the charge for delivery not completed. My son was able to manoeuvre them into the apartment why couldn't you? He also noted that you roll carpets along 5m length when rolling other way would make them easier to manoeuvre.

Unfortunately, we cannot bend the rolls as this could cause damage, so our delivery team must carefully assess the access and handling requirements to ensure the items are not damaged. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

They came on time and delivered my sofas where I wanted them. The unpacked them and carried them in and set them up. They then removed all the packaging. Both men where very polite and helpful even though they had both been working for 14 hrs already.

SGK did well
After purchase, I didn’t hear anything for around 8 days then I got a delivery date from SGK for the end of the week. Unfortunately I had to go out last minute but my large package was left exactly where I wanted it, in the timeframe arranged. My house is in the country, not on the satnav & hard to find so well done. Very impressed with the service in the end.

Really good communication. They called to ask if delivery date/slot was still ok a couple of days before delivery date, then again on the day, and 20mins before arrival to let me know they’re on their way.

I am a pregnant lady and these guys said they had bad backs and couldn’t take my goods upstairs. I had informed their office of this and these men were rude and lazy. They have dented my item which now needs to be sent back. I had two young lads from next door help me but it’s ruined. I will never buy from this company again. Awful experience
