Poor communication
Delivery of washing machine was scheduled for 9am -12 noon, so we waited in, but there was no delivery.
At 12noon I decided to email the company. The only live link was an accept/refuse the scheduled slot, which I was reluctant to click on as I had already accepted the slot. When I clicked on it I found the delivery had been rescheduled for 1.10pm, then when no washing machine arrived at 1.10pm I went back to the link and found it had slipped to 3.20, then slipped further to 3.40pm.
Surely if the drivers realised they weren’t going to make the original slot they should have messaged us to let us know, so we didn’t waste our day.
When the washing machine eventually arrived it was delivered safely and the driver and his assistant were pleasant.

Outstanding Delivery Team – Went Above and Beyond!
I couldn’t be more grateful for the delivery team’s effort and dedication. The sofa wouldn’t fit in the lift, but instead of giving up, they went above and beyond and tried to carry it up the stairs to my studio on the fifth floor.
It was certainly not an easy task! By the second floor, as it was proving so difficult, they even opened the packaging to make it easier to continue carrying the sofa all the way up to my studio.
Their willingness to help, patience, and determination were truly appreciated. They went far beyond what I expected, and I’m incredibly thankful for their hard work and effort.
Excellent service from two very helpful and hardworking delivery drivers. They deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service!

Well what a fantastic company I had to…
Well what a fantastic company I had to get my grandson from school and there were on the way to my house.
I asked if there could just hang on for me.
The 2 who was waiting for me to get back home waited and there did such a fantastic job taking the old sofa out and bringing my new one in very tidy workers and very polite.
