Please beware of these scammers.I hardly right review but this one is written totally out of multiple setbacks and false promises and wrong hopes. Spammy people. They just play with people’s emotions and care about money only. I took VIP package for 17 thousand rupees and the consultant doesn’t even respond. And he shares profile totally out of my requirements as if sending profiles just for the formality. You rather talk to people yourself. scoundrels. Marriage is very emotional journey for some people so just stop mocking around with their emotions. Thanks!

Presently, I am a paid member( a Premium member) with Shaadi.com. I found this site has a lot of scammers and once they accepted your request, “Shaadi Refund Money back Guarantee with no questions asked” will not refund your money.

I personally feel it is a rip off with Poor Customer Service from Shaadi. com.

There marketing people are very good talkers dont get trapped after taking money they will not even take your .. even after you send a text to a member but next day they will show you same stuff in new list daily just fooling around DONT GET TRAPPED

The worst company ever. They leaked my personal data to other sites and after 1 year i get calls from other sites parents for marriage. I hate you shaadi.com. Anupam Mittal work on your company. Also the person working in shaadi.com is Yash Atale. He is a disgusting person and people working there like him don't help. I am fed up. Don't ever give money here

They are cheaters, their representatives makes false promises while selling paid plans. They don't refund even if promised. Zero trust in this portal.

Shaadi.com is a complete privacy disaster. The moment you sign up, your personal details are clearly sold or shared without consent, because suddenly your inbox gets FLOODED with scam emails. I now receive at least 10 scam emails every single day, all starting only after registering on Shaadi.com.

This platform claims to be about matchmaking, but what it actually delivers is identity exposure and harassment. Fake profiles, suspicious messages, and scam attempts become your daily routine. There is zero transparency about how your data is handled, and their so-called “privacy controls” are nothing more than a joke.

If you value your personal information, your email, or your peace of mind, stay far away. Signing up feels like handing your data directly to scammers on a silver platter. I regret joining and would never recommend this site to anyone.

As per my experience they just want your money... while collecting money they will say everything sugar coated and once money is collected their customer service is worst. you are paying your valuable money to them but these guys don't care and just make money... they call 2-3 times a week and share just 3 profiles a week and that too worst profiles and even if any of that we like it's never connected or decline by that profile. so my suggestion is don't waste your money... I already wasted mine

They never shortlisted better matches for me.

I am Genearl Cast and my constants sent or shortlist scheduled castes or OBC casts profiles.

They do not read which i explained in my preference in my bio.

Which profiles shortlisted for me, my parents can find offline easily.

I declined because intercaste marrige or marriage in SC/OBC is not allowed in my family.

I am totally unsatisfied from all indian matrimony websites.

I am a long-term paid member of Shaadi.com and this has been one of the worst online services I have ever paid for.

I paid for VIP Shaadi (6 months – approx $700) and then paid twice again for 3-month subscriptions, and after nearly a year on this platform, I did not get a single genuine match that led anywhere.

What I experienced repeatedly was disturbing:

• Profiles with attractive photos would match or accept requests
• Messages would go unanswered
• Within a short time, those profiles would suddenly disappear or get deleted
• Families would respond with identical, scripted excuses like “our daughter is already married” or try to redirect to other services

This pattern happened again and again, making the platform feel manufactured, scripted, and deceptive.

Shaadi.com proudly claims to have millions of profiles. I am a 34-year-old, never-married, Australian citizen with a stable career and a complete profile, yet I could not find one genuine connection. That alone should tell you something is very wrong with how this platform operates.

Instead of matchmaking, I felt like I was being kept chasing dead, fake, or inactive profiles so that subscriptions keep getting renewed. The time, emotional energy, and money wasted here is unreal.

Customer support was completely useless. My complaints were brushed off, ignored, or met with generic responses. No accountability. No transparency. No refund.

In my opinion, Shaadi.com has become a money-extraction platform, not a matchmaking service.

If you are considering paying for this site: don’t.
Save your money, your time, and your self-respect.

I joined shaadi.com and I wish I hadn't. Majority of the profiles are fake or just old profiles just used to show matches.

I was advised by a friend not to use shaadi.com, wish I'd listened now.

Even when I have expressed my preferences for a match Grew up in the UK and from the UK, they still send matches from people abroad.

Save yourself time and money, don't use.

Worst platform
They force us to take membership when we signup giving some offers but many profiles are fake when we tell this issue to shaadi team they say u need to be carefull. They even dont refund money. Dont trust shaadi

Shaadi.com is a fraud service. You will buy the premium package and there is no customer service help. Most of the profiles are fake. As soon as you accept an invite the candidates profiles say not a shaadi.com member. They will keep calling you to see their shaadi services where a agent will help you. They sell it for 700-900 dollars. The agents will clal continuously and wont leave a message.

All the matrimonal sites are fraudulent/ scammers. They take payment and have part time illeterat people and service is zero. Each one will tell new stories , service promises . inconsistent liars

Unethical and unprofessionaland cheats

shaadimatching.com is worst. They donot take call and sometimes give fake profiles. Each office is independent and no head. You need to only deal with the place you paid. they donot have land line, office address. scammers

sombody from inside told shaadi.com also have team to prepare fake profiles.

The agents were chasing me to subscribe to their services without giving proper details ,finally one very clever agent assured me that we will create the profile and check how many suitable proposals are available .
After i gave him the details for this purpose he has uploaded the profile to an open platform without my approval or permission .
I found this out only after recieving 9 to 10 msgs from people who are intrested in the profile and they were absolutely not in my requirement.
disgusted how they have shared my profile on a free platform wiht out my approval.

Really Poor service. Most of them are fake profiles. Customer service is poor. They will not refund your money as well after premium membership. My ID is SH65674859.

Shadi should thoroughly check the authenticity of profiles. If you ever come across a woman name Aishwarya Ahire Patil living in Michigan USA, family from Pune, just step back. She is fraud. She has mental problems and she will harass you for lifelong.

Shaadi.com feels like a massive scam lately . I swear Shaadi.com is running a huge scam. They bait you with fake matches that look real, make them send or accept your interest, and once you buy premium to see their details... gone. Vanished. Like they never existed. If it is for 3 or 4 profiles, it is understandable but I am noticing this pattern almost everyday. What a joke of a platform.

Shaadi gave me a lot of trouble registering and asked for a lot of documentation. Drivers licence, degree, proof of work of my son. Then wanted the mothers documents etc etc. Unbelievable. I am the Mother creating the account for a son. Shocking service. Avoid at all cost.
