Google Reviews and our our website reviews can be used instead. Shades of Coffee is a web based retail company selling niche products and solutions to home baristas and coffee enthusiasts globally. It's a small family business, based in Swindon, Wiltshire - in the United Kingdom and we specialise in the Gaggia Classic. We love to provide innovative products for the Gaggia Classic, and many of the products that we offer are unique to Shades of Coffee. Due to our very good and very specialist knowledge of our products and the Gaggia Classic machine that we specialise in, we mainly sell directly to customers globally - so that we can properly advise and support them throughout their coffee journey with a Classic.

Amazing online experience !

Residing near Montréal (Québec), I'm always amazed at the speed at wich my orders are processed, shipped and received, mere days in most cases. Shades of coffee is second to none when it comes to pimping my Classic Pro, as parts are of the highest quality. Reassuring to know I can count on you guys for years to come !

Excellent range of coffee products

Website is very clear, coffee product range is excellent, checkout/payment/postage all jolly fine. I'm being very picky but despite asking for feedback on their products, and I did give some, no reply was ever received. And yet when I asked a question which could lead to a purchase I was answered within hours... Mmmmm

I've bought a few upgrades for my Gaggia over the years. All products have been excellent. And, after running in to an issue after several years with one item, the subsequent support was superb. Many thanks - would highly recommend to anyone.

Great experience!

I bought my PiD kit for my gaggia from shade of coffee 2 3 years ago. I only can say good things about my experience from installing the kit , great explanation on the manual, and eventually taste of espresso every day, not to mention the great costumer service. I reached out to them even after 2 years and they quickly respond and solve my problem. So I highly recommend them and I will keep my eye on their future product as well.

Good Experience

I ordered some parts for my gaggia classic evo pro and even when I placed the wrong parts (they were for an older version of my machine) Adrian from Shades of Coffee emailed me to see if I would like to exchange the part for the one for my Evo version. Saving me a ton of time and having to ship things back.
