Great customer support!
Had some issues with my machine, started an online chat and got perhaps the best customer support I have ever got (not an exaggeration).
They helped me troubleshoot a problem over 2 days and analysed the videos of the problem I had. In the end I was able to understand what was going on - power connection was incorrectly set when I installed the PID - and they found another issue I wasn't aware of (brew and steam lights had fallen off and were switched).

I'm always sceptical about after market products but this servicable steam valve for the gaggia classic pro and single hole tip did exactly what's described great job SOC.

It's not our fault, it's a combination of Brexit and EU tax laws - combined with Bpost charging more than any other postal company in Europe to clear mail through customs. I can appreciate you wanting to give Bpost 2* for this, but surely we still deserve a bit more? :-)
