I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service and terrible bra. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a bra on the Shapermint.uk website - the price during the sale and with a discount code was around £20 sterling with free shipping. Once the order was processed and paid via PayPal the cost deducted was nearly £32 - all very unclear and muddled. Bill in $US but website in £s and nothing seemed to add up. I asked to cancel the order and for a refund via the Customer Service chat bot and was offered several discounts and payments as inducement to continue with the order. This was tempting but not how I want to buy things - so asked for refund and got £25.30! No reason given why they took $38.94 but then refunded $31....even when I asked....just repeated the amount of the refund. It's a rip-off seems to me. Stupid thing is...I would have paid the money if it had been honest and transparent.....good bras aren't cheap!

Ordered a shapermint cami vest, the first one I ordered in the wrong size so I changed the order within the one hour time frame specified but they still sent me the original one and no mention of the re ordered one.
The original one arrived and was so small I couldn't barely get into it.
So I ordered a second one, I guessed the size of the next one and I calculated I would need an XXL (I'm a size 14) that was ok, but goodness knows what women who are actually an XXL size would need!
Anyway, I found the product didn't actually do much other than ride up when I sat down.
It's seems good quality though, but would I order another 🤔 No.

I ordered a few items following aggressive advertising on Instagram and Youtube - and significant discounts.
While a number of items on sale were not available, I assumed that the ones that I could add to my order would be in stock, and delivered.
However, more than half of the products I ordered were not in stock, I was asked to choose other products - and then turns out that the options I was given as replacements were out of stock as well.
Communication with the customer service team was incredibly frustrating - too many emails, given options that didn't work; I was getting multiple emails per day for weeks, offering store credit instead of the items that were missing (I asked for refund instead, the company ignored this request in future emails - though eventually did refund a couple of products). At the same time, I was being advertised the very products that I had ordered, and was told were out of stock - it felt like insult added to injury.
EVENTUALLY, the products that were available were shipped, and I got a partial refund for the products that were all out of stock.
I'm not a particularly big fan of the products - if I could try them on in a store I would not have bought them. The "camis" (vests) tend to ride up and bunch up around my waist under dresses (and skirts) - which I guess defeats the purpose of the garment. I wonder if I got a size that's too big, though I followed the sizing guides from the website. In short, not at all blown away by the product.
In any case, not planning to ever order from the company again.
