I have been using these products for over four years. Whenever I have a question or concern, the customer service department responds quickly and always ensures any issue is resolved/all questions are answered.

My Customer Service with Shapiromd was a very pleasant experience. Morgan was very kind and helpful. I was going To cancel because of hardship. I could no longer afford To do a monthly subscription. I called customer support because I had forgotten to update my new address and my auto ship products were mailed to my old address. Morgan immediately had a new product shipped to my new address, and at no extra charge! It was quick, she was very pleasant, and I am a happy customer :)

She went the extra mile to check on specials the company was offering without being asked. She never tried to upsell or talk me into a different product, but provided the changes I needed without question. For the record, I was just delaying my automatic renewal shipping dates.
