Pamela was great and updated my delivery frequency as I requested. It would be better to be able to do that myself online as other apps I have allow me to. Overall I am pleased with the product which I have used for years and believe it has helped my hairloss.

I have been going to Shapiro Md for a few years now , wish they were in Canada but oh well they all have excellent customer service skills they treat they’re customers like family with respectfully, I can only get shampoo and conditioner form there but thankfully at least I can get it still

I have tried several different products and found Shapiro to be true and complete. Their products really do work and I have regrown the hair I lost. Their support staff is friendly and ready to help.

It was a pleasure to have Pamela Englert help me with a refunded order, one I was eagerly awaiting. Pamela was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient in dealing with the issue. One of the items was not permitted in Canada so the entire order had been cancelled refunded. Pamela told me what products are not permitted so there would be no repetition.
