You should be told when parts of your order will be coming from somewhere else and different delivery dates so you do not have to call to see if part of your order was missed.

Customer service is excellent, they double or even triple check your order and spelling etc before they place it. Quality products as well.

The cards are of good quality & we have a great pricing agreement, but errors with the invoice are typical. This order had 2 mistakes (charging over $200 too much on an order of just over $300). I have sent multiple emails and phone calls to try to correct this, but I'm still waiting for the correct invoice (promised a week ago). I even sent an email reminding of the pricing in our agreement, but was still charged incorrectly. Our contact person is not unpleasant, but difficulty with creating a correct invoice, and ineffective dealing with errors is most frustrating.

I ordered cards and personalized can lids. Initially there was a bit of a mix up with my order. I ordered 3 different sets of cards with verses inside. Only two of the sets arrived and they were blank inside. I phoned my rep and the problem was resolved very quickly and efficiently and the replacement cards along with the third set all arrived within days and with the verses I selected printed inside.

The can lids required a logo which I submitted by e-mail. The initial proof for the lids did not include the logo. During the same call as I made for the cards, my rep resolved that issue as well. The second proof was perfect and the resulting lids look very professional.

All of the items I received are very high quality and the service to resolve issues was exceptional.

The fact that I will order again speaks volumes about the company

I really enjoyed the ability to design my own postcards and add notes to ensure the results would be exactly as I was wanting. Also very happy with the turn around time - we received the order much quicker than I was expecting.
