Easy order entry

It was difficult to find out if Sharper Cards was able to print a business card the way we wanted it using the web site only. Once I was able to speak with a representative, things wen't smoothly - Joan was very helpful!

Had an issue with ordering. Went through an American account and they corrected the problem immediately.

I'm a new customer and so far am well pleased with the products (great selection of cards) and the customer service (pleasant and efficient). The only hitch we had with our first order.was with delivery, but the problem lay with the courier company and not with Sharper Cards. When informed of the delivery issue, customer service at Sharper Cards was very helpful. I shall certainly be placing future orders. Thank you.

The quality and colours on all my products are exceptional.....a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Staff are nice to communicate with.

I have been a customer for quite a few years and I love your service and products. I live on an acreage outside of a small community and wish that you had a Canada Post option for shipping. UPS is fine if you are in a hurry but when I personally don't have a street address in town, I have to use a drop off location. For some reason the address was changed on my last shipment and it had to be sent twice. Don't have it yet.

Cards are always excellent, shipping time totally decent considering I ordered right before Christmas. My only grumble is after telling them 6-7 times and emailing them with the correct spelling, they still can't get my name right!

I dread calling to order new recall cards because I know I will need 10-15 minutes on the phone to place my order. If the person didn't have to read everything over and over again it would cut down a lot of time. I know you don't want any mistakes but when you have ordered the same text for the last 10 years I am confident there are no mistakes that we will catch by reading everything out to me.
