Whenever I have called they have been polite and have received by order promptly. One time they got my order wrong and they were very good about making it right.

Coupon wasn't working. Couldn't complete my order.Spoke to someone who said they'd call me back.Never did .Had to call back myself.Still couldn't resolve the issue.They had to call me back the next day.Got it working in the end but found it took a little too long. Shouldn't be so complicated.#92415

Such a pleasant experience from beginning to end

The cards were a nice, high gloss and printing came out well. The only problem was that I ordered 125, and only received a package of 100. However, when I contacted customer support, they sent the remaining 25 cards overnight so as not to impact my mailing schedule. Thanks, and will use again.

After many emails back and forth, delays in their response , assurances that the proof looked fine on their end, I agreed to have the calendars printed. They arrived and were printed wrong. The personal message to be printed on the back of each calendar was left off. I received a discount on my order, but I was not happy with the calendars that we are giving to our patients.

They worked with us to make sure the logo was clear and that the layout looked great! Everyone who's getting our magnets loves them!

The cards arrived within a week of ordering. Uploading signatures to attach to the cards was incredibly easy. I will definitely be ordering again.

The title says it all.

Ordering process was simple and fast. No issue there.
I received a confirmation email because I had asked for one to make sure the cards looked how I wanted them to look. I looked them over and everything looked good. 2 weeks later I had not received my cards and so I called and the rep told me that my order was on hold because I had not responded to the confirmation email. That would be fine if that confirmation email stated that I needed to reply. No where on the email was there anything to even indicate that my confirmation was required to continue with the process. Please correct this as we've missed certain clients' birthdays because the cards never got here. Even "Actioned Required" on the subject line would help. Thanks.

I love the variety and the quality of the recall cards... sturdy, colorful, funny! So many to choose from....makes it hard to decide which ones to pick :)
