I have re-ordered twice. The first time I was having issues with the online ordering system so I contacted a sales rep. The rep was very helpful, thorough, and friendly in assisting me with getting the order right. The second time, the online order went very smooth. Great customer care!

We have used Sharper cards for many years now and have always been pleased with the variety of styles that they provide. Often times we have to try to narrow down our selections for each order; as there are so many we like, it is hard to choose! Their prices are quite competitive and they frequent discount and sales really help also. We would never shop any where else.

I have been using the services of Sharper Cards for the past ten years, and have never been unsatisfied with the products or service. Always fast, efficient and of great quality, I never hesitate to recommend them to my clients.

Our small order came in as 3 separate pieces and we are still awaiting a few items. I don't feel we were kept in the loop with when the products were shipped or when they were/are expected to arrive. Overall the shipping time was far too long. The quality of the products that have arrived so far is fair. When phoning the company to learn more about the products and services, the questions were well answered and prompt.

We order our recall cards every few months. Selection and quality of cards are excellent, and the service is fabulous! Would highly recommend!

Good variety of cards, prompt service and helpful staff. I sent a proof of our signatures and one was missed, so it was good that it was just a proof and the person fixed it otherwise it would have been bad.

Our last order was a large order and many changes needed to be made. After Dr. Dhillon attempted to request proofs and repeated errors were made she asked me to take over. I requested that a supervisor take care of the order. I appreciated her prompt service ,however after many proofs were changed and returned, she informed me that they would have to start to charge $10 per proof due to the time it was taking. We found that unacceptable. We will continue to use Sharper, however the service could have been better. Debbie (admin manager)

Eveything was well done. I sent my fax in with my order. Few days later received proof, made a few changes and within the week received my order to my entire satisfaction.

Reorder sheet was faxed to clinic, and as someone stepping into the shoes of a former receptionist, that made it so easy! The calendars were sent without magnets but one phone call to our rep quickly and easily solved that!
