I'm using Sharper Cards' services for many years. In general, I am happy with the service.
I wish you had more new products. I would also like to have a chance to purchase wall calendars from Sharper.

The staff at Sharper were great! They reminded us we hadn't ordered postcards for awhile (and we were out of cards too!). They offered us a discount to order what we needed. They patiently answered all our questions and verified all our information to ensure the order was correct. The order was processed and sent quickly. Now we just have to send them out from our end!

I found the customer service girl to be very helpful. I was unsure of what quantities to order to get the better deal for our needs and she asked the right questions to me and was able to determine very efficiently how to get the deal that would work well for Wingham Optometry Clinic. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The order came in very quickly. Excellent service all round.

My last order was a huge problem .,the person who took my order had no idea what I wanted till I told her to listen back to the recorded Conversation. The bill when the order was finally ready was $18 more than quoted.

We are a small company therefore our orders are small but great service is provided all the time.

The site is easy to use. Sharper cards has great selection of items. Staff are helpful and polite. We receive our orders promptly!

I have worked in the same office for thirty-some years. First with Dr. Barry Black, now with Dr. Brent MacDonald. Always had good service.

The cards were ordered one day and received the next evening, the paper has a nice feel, the colors excellent and we are happy with the results. The price was also good.

The title says it: your customer service is excellent providing live (in Alberta) people on the phone who are articulate, helpful and polite. The cards are delivered very, very quickly. Their quality is lovely. The one area I would like to see added to is the variety of pictures on Birthday cards for businesses with the name imprinted on the front.

While I am aware that a card could be customized, I have no desire to 'test' what the card will actually look like with a photo we submit. There is a large variety for dentists and chiropractors (which we are not). Our company would like to send Birthday cards with the company's name on the front but not 'in your face' with the type of business. We have ordered at least six different cards from Sharper - all that seemed acceptable - but only one actually worked. We ordered it for the next few months' birthdays and will probably order enough for the entire year. Next year we would like to send a different card but presently there are none in the choices from Sharper that we would send. I seriously hope they will be adding to this area. Presently one of the choices is also used by a local funeral home on their pamphlets so that is a definite 'no' for sending to seniors for their birthdays.

My focus with Sharper Cards has been with the 4-up postcard stock, which I then personalize the address side for my specific later needs. i am a little particular, but have always found the people I speak with to be knowledgeable and patient. That is important to me. The image choices I had were great .. I am completely happy with my final selections. Also, I buy in bulk to try to save money and your bulk pricing and occasional promotions make that work for me. My only concern, which I expressed to Denise, was that a minimum of 1000 (250 sheets) seemed high. It is fine for me because I wanted a lot anyway. I thought it might limit sales to other folks, but I realize you need quantities to run the presses. Denise was completely professionbal and patient with me !!! When my supplies run low, I'll be back. Thank you.

The quality of your products is very good. We received each of our orders in a relatively short period of time. The service was great. Our office would definitely order more products from Sharper Cards in the future. The only thing I would not say was positive was the setup service charges, as they were more on the pricier side.

I really appreciate the team at Sharper. You helped me find what I was looking for, and were eager to make my vision come true, tweaking your pre-made versions till it was just what i wanted.
